The original order arrived and the leaves did not sprout. I contact the company and sent a photo.They sent me a replacement order which arrived in good condition. The review of this product is not good but I still wanted to give it a try and support the small business. Unfortunately I am very disappointed. The slip I received could not even be called a slip. It is just a finger length stem, barely had any white root, no leaf and half black. The seller apparently did not bother to wait for the stem to root or be strong enough to ship. There is no chance of them surviving the shipping or transplant. I bought slips from different sellers in previous years so I know what a healthy slip is like despite shipping damage. This seller does not know what they are doing.

These are great I planted in spring and even got some beautiful flowers from the vines getting ready to harvest my potatoes soon!

These potato slips arrived in a timely manner and seemed healthy enough with a few leaves. I followed the directions to place them in water for 3-5 days and watched them wither and die over those days. I still tried planting them and they are totally dead. I am not blaming the seller, I think it is just the nature of trying to buy a delicate plant slip through the mail. It was a pretty expensive failure and I would not try this again.

Mine didn’t make it into a sprout. Everything thong was law on the garden grew . May it be good in Georgia climates like other white potatoes . I felt like I threw my hard earned money away

They are growing very nicely in a cloth grow bag that I purchased. The leaves look healthy and I can’t wait until I can dig them up and enjoy them. Would definitely purchase from this company again!

Decided late March I wanted to grow sweet potatoes. Being a first time gardener and unaware of the process, I quickly realized I was behind on getting it started so buying slips was the best option. The slips came in healthy enough condition. Only the one with a full leaf had roots. So I placed them all in water for almost a week and the roots came. Planted them and now the wait begins.UPDATE 9/1/26:They did fine. Also grew into vines and flowered a few times. It’s been 4 months since they were planted so now I’m no longer watering and just waiting for the vines to die some.UPDATE 9/16/26:I only got 1 potato from each slip! One got scratched and I see white inside. Where’s the purple?! All this time and money invested on the wrong product. Will NEVER do business with this seller.

Package was completely open, surprised there was anything in it after the long trip. They look ok, just very small and thin. Hopefully they will grow potatoes and I can grow my own slips next season.
