Def need some help putting it together! But I love it and most importantly so does my cat

I built by myself on a Saturday. Instructions are rough with only pictures but all parts are labeled well. I did not want my door on tall side but on short side so water did not run towards my house. I did buy five cans of spray paint to protect the wood because the wood is not watrr proof. Only issue is the packaging had bugs in one box. Seller said it did not come from them so it had to ha e come from manufacturing. I told Amazon customer service I had to pay to have someone come spray my house because I opened box in my home. Amazon said that is on seller and seller said it was on manufacturing. So make sure you open boxes outside away from your home.

I like it, the door is a bit short makes it a little difficult for cleaning as I am 5'10" but I deal. The door is secure though. Bought this for a messy cat to get him out of the house. He likes it and I got a heated house for him too. Some of the screw holes are in impossible places so had to make new holes and the holes where the box goes were in the wrong place so it's not facing outward but it's better for him to hide. It is under cover so I don't know how water proof the roof is. I think it's a bit over priced for what it is and could be made much more cheaply from scratch but I needed something now and this serves my purpose well. All around pleased with this product.

After a couple of months outside panels inside where the cat would climb into started falling apart from water damage. It was also a pain to built. Needs two people.

Sturdier than expected. Fairly easy assembly.

If I could I would give negative stars. Horrible quality, worse packing, and non existent customer service. Don't spend the money.
