So if you're unhappy with a plant contact the supplier, complain about the delivery and return it. It's the only way they will actually know that the item hasn't been delivered with care. A lot of delivery people seem to completely ignore "fragile and this way up" signs. And there is many a plant box that has been ripped or crushed that I've been unlucky enough to receive over the past 30 years.
