A brilliant book for anyone interested in fitness
Honestly, I would recommend this or the other books in the series for anyone looking for a workout routine at home or someone just starting out on fitness training. Great visuals to help anyone unfamiliar with the exercises, great routines to train to and even a level system for someone who's just starting out and wants to build up slowly.

The 7 fitness books I bought were carefully selected. They were not ordered "as new" but all arrived on time, and in very good condition. At lower cost compared to new. I bought from World Of Books as they had the books I wanted at good prices. Also easier to have one delivery. I have had a brief look at the books and they as I wanted.

Really useful, simple, well laid out reference
This book was really useful straight out of the packing. No long intro, flick to the first set of exercises and getting going. Simple to use with easy to understand diagrams

Got new inspiration for my fitness boxing classes
This is the book I have been looking for during many years now. As a fitness boxing instructor I found a lot of new movements and combos that I can use during my lessons in this book.Of course I use a lot of boxing techniques that I have learnt in my martial arts career and from other books and internet, but the warmup and other fitness routines between the boxing combos got a really good update because of this book.

A great book. Has sets of exercises and each of them will give you a good workout. Doesn't explain how to do the exercises though, only has their names of them and pictures. You would have to learn each from YouTube.

Awesomely Effective ! Makes us Discover our Body Strength and Stamina - Must try you all Zero Packs n Six Packs
This provides a guide of workout routines with pictures and basically no text at all which is what I wanted. It is definitely easy to follow and very concise. It can be picked up and used right away. It does require that you go online and research HOW to actually do the exercises. This book just provides the template of exercises you should do with different levels ( 1, 2, 3) which vary in the amount of reps. Overall I highly recommend if you want something simple that will help you immediately. You can also download the full book in PDF format from the authors website.
