Love these Gems!! I used them with my 4 year old grandson for our metal detecting escapades. No, they are not metal nor will they be identified with the detector, but when we find these in the sand he feels we have found real buried treasure. The gold treasure chest just adds to the fun. Big and bright gems of hard plastic that will bring joy to any event. Well worth the money to see him smile !!

Just be sure they aren't thrown much onto the concrete around the pool b/c they do scuff and crack. Provides hours of fun for the kids.

Got this as one of my 4 year old grandson's birthday gifts & he absolutely loves it. Really good quality, the gems are perfect...large and really pretty. The only reason it's not a 5 star is that it's really hard to open...even for adults. It needs attention to that detail. If the company would change that one thing, it would be perfect. Still glad I got it though...it was his favorite gift as he's so into "treasure" right now!

Such a hit with kids! Diamonds are so colorful, and a good size to search for in the pool. Treasure chest is a huge bonus to carry them in.

Cute, well-made m, durable toys. A safety issue is the small ones do have sharp points so make sure your kids don't leave them in the bath or pool for someone to sit or step on. Easy to play with and portability is not an issue with the treasure chest holder.

The grandkids have a blast with this. I did find the tips a tad sharp for the pool but within minutes I had them all sanded a bit rounder.
