Awesome jigs. 22g size used. Would like to try the 30g or 40g. Used them for a Bahamas trip and they did not disappoint. Caught everything from Snapper, Grunts, Nassau Grouper and a Needlefish. Highly recommend.

Great job

Picture is of 2 jigs used for 3-4 trips in the last 2 months, and one new in package. As you can see, the jigs bodies, through-wire, and split rings hold up well, but the hooks unfortunately don't. The top one in the picture has had the assist hook replaced with a somewhat beefier one on a solid ring. I use these out of Clearwater, bottom jigging for snapper and small jacks, and throwing into topwater schools for ladyfish, spanish mackerel, and bonito, which is why the middle one has a small wire leader. If using a single-strand wire leader, be sure to use a solid ring or swivel, or the wire will do its darnedest to find its way out of the split ring. This is still a 5-star review, however, because the jig body and mylar coating holds up to mackerel teeth, and replacing hooks is not a big deal for me.

These jigs are a great value. They are a little thicker at the tail end, which is what you want for it to fall properly on a "drop back" or free fall drop. The finish is excellent. The prism styles have a great reflective quality. Both sides have the same high quality color. There are eyes on both sides as well, and they are slightly recessed to lower the possibility of them getting knocked off the lure. They come without any rigging which is also OK. This allows you to put on either 1 or 2 assist hooks, or going with a treble hook. The size and species that you are after will dictate the correct hook to put on it. It's nice not having to pay extra for it to come with a hook that might be wrong for what you are pursuing. There is a kind of negative review claiming "they are too heavy". The jigs are described as being 30 gram jigs.... and they weigh 30 grams. I'm not sure what they expected a 30 gram jig to weigh? I will be buying these again and would recommend them.

These were a big hit with my husband. He fishes in rocky rivers and these held up great with minimal chipping.

These are some of them best lures I have used, the tail treble kills it, not missisng any hookups! You do have to keep it off the bottom as the treble will grab everyhting, but once you get your depth and realing motion in sync, you will be hooking up quickly - Spaish Mackerel, Spotted Trout, Bluefish, Jacks, Ladyfish, Catfish and more all like this (Central Florida Intercoastal), I have yet to catch any Reds or Snook, but still alot of fun to throw this at them.
