Why isn't Apple Cider Vinegar on this product's ingredient list?

It's the acetic acid in the ingredient list. It's derived from ACV (or just vinegar IDK) it doesn't smell as bad or pungent but works in the same way. It's the same thing. I've used other "vinegar" house cleaning products that use acetic acid, they work the exact same as vinegar and smell better!

Does this stripe hair color like head and shoulders does?

ONLY FOR SCALP!!! Seriously I cannot stress this enough this conditioner is only for the scalp not the rest of your hair. This is step three of the set so you need 2-4 pumps and massage this stuff on your scalp!! Then use a conditioner you like for the bottom half of your hair!
