Great product - perfect for GR IIIx
Excellent alternative to OEM Ricoh GA-2 adapter at less than half the price. Well-finished powder-coated aluminium adapter fits the GR IIIX beautifully and, IMO, looks better than the Ricoh original (and the Haoge LAR-GR3X equivalent in plastic - which is more expensive).Note that this adapter is for the GR IIIX - it will not fit the GR III.

Feels like it's an OEM part
Feels nicely made and fits really well and snug with no lateral play. I used it to fit a lens 55mm UV filter to protect the retractable lens rather than the wide conversion but I'd have absolutely no issues using for the converter if I had it.

Looks good but comes off far too easily
Expensive and does not stay on camera, there should be a definite click which holds it in place, however it is so loose it's unreliable. Very disappointed as I love the look when it's on the camera

Superior to its rival, and probably cheaper too
I bought this JJC adapter (AR-GR3) initially to compare it to the Haoge (LAR-GR) I also have, and the AR-GR3 wins, hands down. Unfortunately my GR III has developed a few dust spots on the sensor so I started using these lens adapters with a clear filter to help prevent, or at the very least reduce more dust getting into the camera. Using the adaptor for this purpose of course reduces the GR III's "pocketability" but for me I guess it's a necessary evil for now (until Ricoh makes a weather-sealed version :P ).The LAR-GR is a smooth cylinder. It fits fine, but it doesn't really lock securely into place; It feels loose and has some slop where it is supposed to lock. This AR-GR3 is the same height and has a more visually interesting shape and knurled rim, but it also fits snugly into place on the camera. The main concern I had with the LAR-GR is that it felt like it could easily dislodge from the camera from it bouncing around while I'm walking, but with the AR-GR3 the fit is so much more secure that I don't have that worry. At the time of writing this the JJC AR-GR3 is cheaper so, if you're looking at either one of these, go with the JJC version. It's the best option, and probably better than the plastic OEM GA-1 too, at least for this use case.

Value for money
Brilliant. The original is ridiculously priced. I am using with my 21 off the GR1. Can put a filter on if you want. Top class.

A great product with a major flae
As previous people have commented the product is solid and has the ability to be a truly amazing product, unfortunately it hardly grabs the body when twisted on and falls off quite easily, due to this fact the product needs to be sold cheaper or the problem being addressed.

Not a nice fit on the GRiiix
Tolerances aren’t correct for the GRiiix, as other have already mentioned, it’s quite a poor fit. It rattles, my example has a good couple of mm’s lateral movement, it’s way too loose.
