Classic Percolator Coffee Pot | Enamel Camping Coffee Pot for Stovetop & Campfire | No Aluminum or Plastic [Blue – 12 Cup, 60 oz]

Update: As of November 27th I've now had two of these coffee pots. The first one broke and even though I ordered used they sent me a new one. Well I wish it was riding off in the sunset from there, that's hardly the case. Not only did the second one chip. I now noticed rust. I was excited because it was advertised as stainless steel. I figured I'd polish off the chipped area and continue using it. I didn't think the inside would begin to rust. This is a violation again advertising and the law prohibits this sort of thing. I know I'm too late to get a refund of my original purchase. So.... I'm kinda stuck. Do I report this to BBB or contact the company again? It's overpriced for starters especially if they're making these kinds of shortcuts. So yeah BBB will most likely be hearing from me after the holidays. Update: This company stands by their products. I currently cently have one chipping on the lid and inside. After reporting it to Amazon with no resolution offered. Coletti is gonna make it right. They have a lifetime customer here now. I love their products. Can't buy coffee that tastes as good anywhere. I look forward to a lifelong relationship with this company. God bless... Hope this helps someone out there. Update: Scratch what I said about the disk shape filters. The medical grade disk filters are working great. Here's how to properly use them. 1.) Do not use more than 8tsps. 2.) Do not use more than two 16.9 fl oz of water. I personally use to average food Lion like bottles of water. 3.) If you are eyeballing it. Fill to the first hole on the spout visible from the inside. 4.) Heat high to boil then simmer medium heat to percolate. 5.) Enjoy your cowboy style coffee. The taste is insanely good. I never imagined a pot changing the flavor so much. Ppl giving bad reviews on here simply do not know how to use this product. Yes the basket is a little small and could use more holes. None the less if you use it the way I'm about to explain. I assure you,, you'll have no issues. 1.) use regular filters. 2.) Do not fill all the way. 3.) I recommend two bottles of store bought bottles of water. The medical grade filters do work, letting in a small amount of grinds. So ultimately it's up to the user. For me cheap $2 dollar pk of filters do the trick and are easier to find. I personally use six to seven tbsp of coffee, but to each their own. Use the amount you like. I hope this helps someone out there. Oh and yes you'll have to fashion the filter to fit in the basket. Just push filter over pipe and into basket. The process will be obvious once attempted. Enjoy and God bless 🙏❤️ This is my new daily coffee pot. I love this thing, and you will too.

Brings so much enjoyment, ease of cleaning is a breeze, great versatility, perfect brew capacity and great coffee and tea taste. My only complaint is the paint chipping immediately.

Amazing! Best coffee I’ve ever had also extremely easy to make and set up. Stays hot and totally worth it. Weight is perfect and the material is good and well made! Just tasty coffee

Built solid except the lid hinge; the hinge is flimsy. Not a deal breaker but could be better. Makes good coffee, excellent for stovetop and campfire coffee making.

Omgoodness this little percolator is wonderful. First batch of coffee was the best coffee I think I've had in a long time. If you are a primitive camper, this one is for you, even if your not, this one is great. It makes better coffee then my ninja at home. Absolutely love it.

Very good product, well made. Buy one now, quit using a coffee maker with plastic parts the put microplastics into your system. You can make stronger coffee using less coffee beans, the taste is much better. If you ever had coffee at grandma's house you would know this.

Good quality, very durable and it makes great coffee!

I purchased this a little over a week ago and have used it twice. I do like the pot, but I have a couple observations. 1 - I purchased 10 days ago for 39 and now its almost 27 (not even prime day). Not anybodys fault, just the luck of the draw I guess. 2 - Description says 12 cups, but realistically, more like 6-8 comfortably without it boiling over making a mess. 3 - When I was looking online and in the stores, I noticed the flimsy hinges and decide to opt for the hardware hinge, not the metal tab with a screw. I saw and chose the Coletti pot for the name and the hinge. Also, when I purchased it, the pictures showed the normal hinge. When I received it, it had the metal band held in place with a screw. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I read in the reviews people with similar reviews, but I kept positive because others received theirs as ordered with correct hinge recently. The first time I washed it, while taking care with the lid and the glass, the hinge got easily twisted and I bent it back in place. It felt like once or twice more it will just snap off. It feels as flimsy as a soda can tab. They have since changed the pictures to reflect all hinges being this way. Perhaps there is a reason for this move, though I do not understand, but it looks and feels cheap. There were several other similar enamel percolator brands that were 35% or more cheaper, but they had that hinge. If I wanted the cheaper looking similar ones, I would have purchased them. I just feel let down even though it seems like a good name and product for now. I would give it higher score if I didnt feel they cut the quality corner and price dropping from 39 to 27 in less than 10 days

Best camping coffee maker. Filters fit well no coffee grounds in the coffee.

Excelente producto, 10 de 10, fácilmente se obtiene un delicioso café de grano.

I looked all over for a good perculator. I love this one. It nice and big, has a peek-a-boo glass top so you can see if the coffee is ready; a great handle to take off the camp file; its all metal so you know it won't melt; and comes with liners for the basket. If you're looking for a perculator for camping, this is it!

I've wanted one of these stove top percolators for ages. The enamelled ware is of good quality, although the lid seems fragile and loose, it's perfect for the job it does. I've never had any issues with the lid. At first I thought the glass top wouldn't fit properly, but it has and is very secure. I use it on a gas hob but it will work equally well on an electric plate or even outdoors on a griddle over an open fire. It is stylish and compliments the rest of the black appliances in my kitchen. Compared to plug in, electric ones, it very reasonably priced. I get four good normal sized cups of coffee with each brew. I like the versatility of the design, where it can be used at home and also on camping trips.
