Traditional colors: Barn Red, Celadon Green, Dusty Rose, Pewter Gray, Wedgewood Blue, and Yellow Ochre These ARE professional oil paint sticks, they are just less oily than R&F or Sennelier. As such, they are especially useful for a base layer, under oilier media. Think "fat over lean." Beautiful colors!

They are great!

This sticks are not in the professional quality I would say. They are not the same quality as R&F or Sennelier, which are my favorites, but I wanted to try these ones. I loved the color palette. They are smooth-ish, sometimes they fell into little pieces, nothing major but not professional quality.

Love these oil sticks! They dry quickly and are super easy to blend once you get the feel of them. I love these shades and color palette. Can’t wait to try more!

I love to paint, but I hate how messy oil paints are, the fumes, the palette, the big jar of mineral spirits. The days and days on end of waiting for anything to dry. Well, these little babies solved all my problems! Draw with oil paint in stick form and then blend out with a brush or just leave it as is! These are super cool and I want to buy every single color now.

better value than art stores

I like the opaqueness (better than acrylics). Takes longer to dry (about 2 days in Az) but that long dry time allows me to add texture (like scratching in patterns) even a day later. I layer these oil sticks over dried acrylics and it works fine. I also like the ragged edge they create.

Sorely disappointed, the bars arrived in good time, but with all having at least one historic break that had sealed over, sealed is not as much of a concern as the almost chalky texture at the ends, and more crumb than cream. The blue in particular had areas of unmixed pigment leaving black smears through the work, That being said, they are usable; once you fight through the crumble but disappointing given the cost The impression I get is that they are old stock and had dried out considerably over time

Colours are muted, not what I would call traditional, red green and blue, but yellow was ok. No white or black which is what you would expect in a traditional colour scheme

All the tips had broken off in transit
