I had two full panel blood tests a few months apart. My vitamin D level has increased exponentially since I started taking this supplement. My levels were super low and I barely get sunlight, so I took 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill at night before bed. Huge improvement that I wish I had implemented sooner. It also helps with my hormonal health and I get great sleep when I accompany the night pill with magnesium. Excellent brand and great results!

Love these
Notice a difference after taking these for a few weeks. Like the smaller narrow size capsules make it easy to swallow. Affordable and made without any extra fillers, additives.

Best vitamin D I’ve tried so far
My doctor recommended that I take this specific brand and I have had no issues with it. Some previous vitamins have upset my stomach but these haven’t caused me any issues. The effects show in my bloodwork. Proof is in the pill! Solid vitamins.

Easy to swallow capsules
We use multiple MegaFood brand supplements. The D3 & K2 was recently added based on research showing the K2 improved the absorption of D3. The product is a small capsule that is easy to swallow, which is a huge plus for us.

I have been taking this supplement for quite a while now and find this to be an excellent source for the vital nutrients of D3 and K2. The capsules are easy to swallow and digest easily. The ingredients are of the highest quality. I highly recommend this brand and dosage!
