These give me great boost. 30 mins after taking, the tingles start and I'm ready to go. I train for 45mins to an hour, after which the tingles are nearly gone. There are no other side effects

I find this brand the best beta I’ve used. It’s hard to get hold of so I was happy to find it on Amazon

Great product but disappointed that it was labelled Halal which supports cruelty to animals. For that reason alone I will not purchase again which is a shame

Yes so far just a bit early to be given a real answer

Suffered terrible side effects from taking this supplement - nausea and pins and needles and a feeling of skin crawling from every inch, head to toe starting 30 mins after taking the supplement and lasted for a good couple of hours. A goggle search does show this can be experienced and it's called 'paranesthesia', which is the main side effect. Won't be taking these again.
