**Q: Can the metal rings be removed abd replaced because they do not fit standard plastic sleeves?**
A: Yes, it can be removed. In addition, the damage to the folder would be negligible after removal. However, I am not sure how it would be put back in its place once removed.

Quality is okay,chose this one for the zipping pocket. But having now ordered several sets of poly pockets I find none fit. Ended up adding additional holes to line up with the four rings. And do not buy the recommended pockets they do not fit.
