Worth it. Should have put some di-electric grease on the batteries as they corroded and now it won't light up. But it lasted couple of years and still bounces so that's worth something.

Yes, these basket balls really do light up when bounced. Think of your average size/color basketball, but then put the 'party lights' inside for more fun👏

Fun play fun outside at night

Great!!!! Bought this for my son as a Christmas present and he absolutely loves it. He said "this is the best basketball for the dark". Im guessing its because he can play basketball outside after the sun goes down since the ball lights up. And doesn't have to wait till the next day. It's definitely a great gift for any kid or adult that loves to play basketball any time of the day. Plus im not to worried about the battery life of the ball since the light turns off once the ball sits still for a little bit.

I bought this as a last minute Christmas gift for my son expecting it to really be more gimmicky than anything. But he actually really loves it and it works well in the late evenings and into the night.

Great gift

Looks and feels like a real basketball. Lights up nice and bright and looks really cool in the dark. Only issue I have is it doesn’t shut off. Once you bounce it it turns on but stays on until the batteries die. I have to deflate after use and remove the batteries. Overall still a nice ball.
