This is a good product, it helps preserve the shoes from wear and keep them in good condition for longer.

I use them on my smart work shoes to save the heels, as I walk on the back a lot and only have to get them reheels twice a year if not more. I have been using these for the past 3 months and the heel is still in great shape when they start to wear out I will get getting more as much cheaper than new heels. Was a bit hard to fit, and took some hard hit with a hammer! Have never come lose and don't think they will.

One order for the four items - arrived in four boxes when one small jiffy bag would have been more than adequate. What a waste of packaging.

One key catch is that they’re described as heal and toe protectors when you actually only receive just the heel protectors. My local cobbler (Timpsons). Fitted them for me so they are well attached and look the part on my smart shoes

Just what I wanted. Long lasting and protected my shoes from some pretty heavy wear.

Boot tappers

The only fault was not with the product. It was the fact that one of the packets only had one tip in it. I reported it twice and had n o answer to them.
