The Nanit Pro Replacement Floor Stand is such a great addition to our setup! It was super easy to move the camera from the crib to the stand, and now I can place it anywhere, for us, it’s usually near the playpen. That way, I can keep an eye on my baby while I’m cooking or cleaning. What makes it even more special? We actually caught my son’s first steps on the Nanit thanks to this stand and that moment is absolutely priceless. I did think it was a bit expensive at first, but honestly, it’s totally worth it for the flexibility and peace of mind it gives. If you need to monitor your baby outside the crib, this is 100% the way to go.

Highly recommend the stand over the wall mount! I was going back and forth on which to purchase and I’m so glad I went with the stand! It’s easy to assemble and definitely high quality. It also has an adjustable head that is very easy to use and get the perfect angle with the camera/monitor. I was nervous it may fall over being so tall but I have ran into it/knocked into it and it does not fall over. With the monitor being on the stand it’s so nice because we can move it where we need it. For example, our baby originally slept in a bassinet in our room so we used it then, once moved to her crib, we set it up next to the crib in her room. She has also fallen asleep on the floor in her room while playing so we have moved the stand closer to be able to feel comfortable leaving her sleeping on the floor.

Writing this review after using it for a good while. We’ve been using Nanit for over 3 years now and finally bought this floor stand about a year ago. I honestly recommend getting it earlier—you don't have to drill into or patch up the walls, and it makes moving things around so much more convenient. Well worth every penny!

Easy to assemble, sturdy, does what it is supposed to - hold the camera. Docked a star because it is ridiculously overpriced. $100 for a stand and a power cord? It should be $50 max, and that’s being generous.

I originally got the wall mount without thinking about the fact that I wouldn’t be able to put up decor. We are also renting and while I can patch a hole, it’s a lot harder to fix potential paint damage from the stick-on cord cover. I tried buying the popular iTodos brand knockoff from Amazon and it was garbage. Super wobbly and there was nothing to contain the cord so it was definitely a safety hazard once baby could reach it. I finally gave up and bought the Nanit brand and have no regrets. While it still isn’t ideal with the nursery decor (as you can see it still sits over the frame), it’s the best I could do. This stand is a million times sturdier than the knockoff I bought and the cord is contained. I have also heard it’s a lot better than the old, poor-quality Nanit model. If you are wondering, yes, this is the same thing that is sold on the Nanit website for $200. When I bought it here on Amazon, it was less than half that. I have no idea why, but I’ll take it. So if the price makes you wince, watch the price because it does occasionally drop.

I like the stand , it’s a decent height , sturdy , and the base is solid, the camera clicks in nicely and stays in well and very easy to use / Install however I don’t like how the stand is not flexible to move around , the head of the camera moves up and side to side but not a lot, I was hoping the neck of the camera stand was flexible to move a lot more to our needs for different angles, but it’s stiff plastic. This would be the most ideal for when baby is in the crib for Birds Eye view but my baby sleeps in my room due to limited space and it just doesn’t work. I ended up purchasing a different cheaper stand with a flexible neck that moves in all directions and use the flex stand on there however doing it this way does not give sleep analytics and the room temp can be finicky ( gotta play around with it) but it works for me well since our baby is in our room. Over all I do like the floor stand and was really hoping it would work for us. If I had baby sleep in his own room I think this would work really well for us.
