Gentle Cleansing Foam | Hydrating Korean Cleanser

Sulwhasoo is my absolute favorite Korean skincare brand. I've tried a lot of their products, but never tried the Gentle Cleansing Foam. A couple months ago, I ordered it to give it a try. This is a 1.7 ounce bottle with a pump. It is designed to gently and deeply cleanse while softening skin while nourishing and leaving it slightly dewey looking. It is formulated with nice ingredients like antioxidants and vitamin e. In running it through an ingredient analysis, it came back with the following: contains fragrance, but is free of alcohol, oils, silicones, sulfates, and parabens. Of all the Sulwhasoo products I've tried, this one has the lightest scent. I love how foamy this face cleanser gets. It is easy to use and I love using my booster pro cleanse attachment with it. This leaves my face feeling so soft and clean without feeling dehydrated and tight. My skin looks very nourished after using. On days that I wear makeup, I do a double cleanse using the cleansing oil in conjunction. I have had no adverse reactions to it and absolutely love the quality. While Sulwhasoo is a luxury skincare brand, this travel size bottle is a great value if you're wanting to try it without a larger investment. A little goes a long way and it's going to last me a long time!

I wouldnt say this foaming cleasner is exactly hydrating becuase it does have a foaming agent which is checmically drying, BUT it is close to being as hydrating as a foaming cleasner can be. There is a light scent which I didnt mind smelling and my face didnt turn pink/red-- so win there. My combo sensitive skin felt cleansed and comfortable after washing off. I also tried this with their oil cleasner-- HIGHLY RECOMMEND the oil cleanser if you have to choose one./.. but def worth it to grab both because there is zero makeup trace from a sink wash. I also have the Qure sink filter which i LOVE becasue 1. its filtered water and 2. the spout rotates like a water fountain which is fantastic becasue its like sticking your head in the shower- w/o sticking your head in the shower lol. As far as low foaming cleasners go- this is 5 stars absolutely. If you have to pick between this and the oil-- try the oil.

I have been trying to find a facial wash that lives up to its promises for quite awhile. I decided to give Sulwhasoo’s Gentle Cleansing Foam a try. This facial wash dispenses as a gel and lathers up into a lovely lightweight foam. My skin feels truly refreshed as I’m cleansing my face. This cleanser is so effective at melting away all of my cosmetics and sunscreen. After rinsing my face, my skin feels so soft and clean. It doesn’t feel stripped of moisture at all. It feels healthy and ready for anything. This cleanser is easy to use and it works wonderfully. My sensitive skin isn’t irritated by it at all. It’s a real dream to use. If you have been burned by other cleansers that overpromise, you’ll be delighted like I am. It’s absolutely worth the investment.

I love this stuff! It smells amazing, does not strip your skin dry, and lathers really well with just a little bit! Its strong enough to get rid of my makeup, but gentle enough for my sensitive skin. I have acne prone oily skin, and this has never irritated it. Works very well, and I use it every night :) Will definitely purchase more when it runs out!

Very gentle on skin, oil based with foam forming nice. Keep skin clean but doesnt dry up the skin after clening. The only downside is the design dispensing lock is a little annoying because if you turn to hard its end up open the bottle

I've tried a lot of Korean skincare, and I like having smaller versions of products that I can keep in my travel bag. The Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam has a creamy texture that works into a nice lather, and I only need a small amount to wash my face. It removes the oil and grime from the day without leaving my skin with that tight, stripped feeling I dislike in facial cleansers. My skin feels clean and soft after rinsing, which makes this easy to use morning or night. The 1.69-ounce tube is smaller than I'd want for my everyday cleanser at home, but it's a great size for traveling or trying Sulwhasoo before committing to a larger bottle. I really enjoy how gentle this feels while still leaving my face thoroughly clean.

This gentle facial cleanser is as impressive as the facial cleansing oil leaves your skin impressively clean it's gentle but it works deep I haven't had any irritation any dryness any itchiness it is absolutely perfect this entire brand is perfect I will live without it it's very moisturizing and the versatility is awesome it's so effective it's impressive

I’m 52 with post-menopause mature skin and I am very picky about cleansers because I double-cleanse every night. This Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam has become a staple in my routine — I’m already on my third bottle. Yes, it’s definitely on the pricier side, but a little goes a long way. One bottle easily lasts me about 3 months using it twice a day, which makes the price completely worth it. I use the Sulwhasoo cleansing oil first to melt off sunscreen and makeup, then go in with this gel-to-foam as my second cleanse. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed, but never tight, squeaky, or stripped — which is so important now that my skin can get drier and more sensitive after menopause. It rinses off beautifully, keeps my skin balanced and hydrated, and works perfectly with all the high-end serums and moisturizers I use afterward. Honestly, one of the best gentle cleansers I’ve tried — premium ingredients, luxurious texture, and great results. Highly recommend if you want a cleanser that actually feels like skincare and not just soap!

Gentle cleansing is true, easy to use, and leaves my skin feeling fantastic. You only need a tiny amount so it will last a while. Fast service, well packaged, good price.
