This is deceptive marketing, this isn't a diffuser, this gets the tip of a whick luke warm, it's like poupuree but less effective and more money. Essential oils are expensive, don't waste them in garbage like this

was almost impossible to get the wick into place, and then almost nothing was distributed into the air. Troublesome from the get go, and did not do the job. Threw it away.

I do not smell anything. I put a clove scent in it and put it in a very small closed bathroom and no scent.

The media could not be loaded. The prongs are backwards so the wide prong is on the right, all of my outlets have wide slot on the left. The prongs on the diffuser twisted only half way. I was hoping I could use it like that but oil leaked on my wall and caused my paint to peel. I will send back.

Barely even smelled it when I was next to it. Tried both water and almond oil as a carrier and still nothing. Returned product.

This product arrived in good condition and offered a great alternative to commercial plug-in room scent devices. Where it falls short on is instructions. There were none. The kit comes with one plug mount, a 20ml glass container and a cotton wick. Simple enough to put together. Where the lack of instructions comes in is how to mix the essential oils with a carrier oil and what ratios to use. I feel this is a safety concern as this unit heats to 65 degrees C and using the wrong solutions would be a risk of burning.Info on the device listing states the wick is reusable by soaking the wick in ethyl alcohol and air drying.I'm sure for a consumer who wants total control over the ingredients and settings this would be an excellent choice.

I tend to shy away from all the commercial diffusers that sell their own refills since I find most of the scents are not to my liking and ultimately also fairly expensive in the long run.I do have a good quality lavender oil that I like to use and decided to try it out in this unit. As with many diffusers, the scent is localized in the area around it. I have it in a hallway that I use often, so I do smell it every time I pass by it.It was fairly easy to set up. Fill, place wick, screw on, and plug in. A small funnel would have been a nice addition to the box to fill the bottle, but not a big deal otherwise.I think the only thing I would like to see on this is a power switch. I'd be tempted to only run it during the day, I really don't need it using up oil overnight while I'm sleeping. I think I'll end up putting it on a timed switch.At the time of this review, it goes for $16. That is fairly expensive when compared to commercial plug-in diffusers, but with this, you have the ability to refill it freely with your own chosen scents instead of what is provided by the maker.

This little DIY (do it yourself ) Air freshener is very pretty. it is well made i must say. and very easy to use.you can fill the bottle with any fragrance that you choose, which is what i love about it the most.you just fill the little glass bottle and then soak the White Wick into it and it will slowly soak up into the wick and the white plug in part warms up which in turn help the liquid scent you use dissipate into the air.You can plug in one outlet by its self and have it looking really pretty on its own. or, if you need to use plug something else in, just use the Top outlet hole for the Air Freshener, then there is space for another thing to plug in. ( i added photo to show that yes, there is room for that)I give this 5 Stars because it is so well made, works as supposed to and is so easy to use , But i do wish they would have given you 2 Wicks, so that you could Change the scent in bottle if you wanted to. because the glass bottle you could wash and change, but i think might be impossible to use the Same White Wick for a 2nd scent. but overall, its a lovely product. i am very pleased.
