Love it. Leave my hair so soft and shiny.

This is the second one we got, the first one lasted many years until I lost it. I had to replace it with the same kind and so far so good.

The lady who was doing my hair had this hair straightener which I loved. She told me the brand and I purchased it. I am in love of how easy and fast it straightens or curls my hair. Quality: Amazing quality, heats up in seconds. Works well: Heads up in seconds, clamps well so all hair is getting access to the heat. Ease of use: The cord moves around so when you are curling your hair, you aren't tangling the cord making so much easier to manage. Length: The cord length is somewhat long so that is a plus if the outlet is not near to a mirror.

If I could put a negative review I would! Brought this iron and it literally broke on my daughter’s hair and burnt it. I never write a negative review for a product. But this is horrible. Amazon will not make it right by refunding my money bc it’s past the window and the seller will not let me contact them to get the issue dealt with. So saddening by this product is

This is a great iron for all hair types. I have thick hair and my daughters all have different textures and this works well for all of them. The plates allow the hair to glide smoothly without getting stuck or pulling. I really like the rounded sides as opposed to a squared edge like normal straightening irons. The round edge makes curling easy and fast and the heat settings allow the curl to retain for a long period time. Hair still has curl after sleeping on it. It also heats up extremely fast. I would highly recommend this over any other iron, especially if your goal is to get curls. The others are cheaper but if it doesn't work, as has been my experience, than it's a waste of money. If you can get over the initial cost, it's worth it. *Before and after picture attached of one of my girls. Her hair is a bit finer. Took 10 minutes to curl with this iron.
