YETI Rambler 10 oz Stackable Mug, Vacuum Insulated, Stainless Steel with MagSlider Lid, Canopy Green

The YETI Rambler 10 oz Stackable Mug has quickly become one of my favorite little essentials. It’s the perfect size for morning coffee, afternoon tea, or even a cozy evening hot chocolate. The insulation is exactly what you expect from YETI. The drinks stay hot for a long time without the outside getting too warm to hold. I love the sturdy feel of it. The handle is comfortable, the lid fits securely, and the whole mug is easy to clean. It’s tough, reliable, and feels like it will last forever.

I love this cup! I only got it a few days ago, but it keeps my coffee nice and hot. I haven't used it for ice - I'm buying another bigger Yeti cup for cold drinks, but if it keeps coffee hot, it should keep cold drinks cold. The cup arrived in perfect condition - in a box with lots of paper padding. I paid more for the Canopy Green color, but it was the one I wanted. The color is gorgeous. Perfect size for my coffee, and it looks like it's going to last for years and be very durable. A 5 year warranty for a coffee cup! It's not entirely leak proof, which they tell you, but it doesn't leak a lot. I'll be buying more Yeti cups/mugs.

I have tried many vacuum insulated mugs. This YETI mug is by far the best so far. The mug is a true vacuum insulated mug. I test it by putting hot water in the mug and did not notice the heat coming through the side. Some mugs claimed to be vacuum insulated but are just double walled mug with foam or air in between the walls. Since the lid is not insulated, I do not expect the mug to keep my hot drink hot for many hours. It does keep my coffee hot for an hour or so it takes me to consume it. One thing this mug is not, it is not a spill-proof travel mug. It will leak and spill if tip over on its side. The MagSlider lid will limit the spill but will leak liquid due to the vent holes and the sliding fit. The plastic lid is nice and thick without any sharp edges. The thick lid allows you to drink without the liquid slipping past your lip and leak between the lid and the mug. I did not realize that is problem until I purchased a mug that has a thin lid and the liquid would leak between the lid and the mug. The MagSlider is easy to remove for cleaning. When slide open it also uncover two vent holes under the slider to allow air into the mug as you drink. The silicone seal ring has a snug fit but can be easily remove for cleaning. The seal ring has a tapered fit. It is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. This allows the lid to go on easier. All-in-all this is a well-built mug except for the premium YETI price. But since most of the time you get what you pay for, I think this mug is well worth the cost.

I don’t like coffee mugs any bigger than 10oz. because I just like to drink 3 cups every morning and for each pour to be fresh. This Yeti Rambler 10oz. Stackable Mug is great because it’s double-walled vacuum insulated and keeps a hot beverage piping hot. I'm certain it'll keep an icy drink cold, too. The MagSlider Lid has a phenomenal gasket that’s almost too difficult to pull off; it seals that well! I washed and rinsed my Yeti Rambler before I enjoyed my coffee of the day. I LOVE the ultramarine, violet color. It's a little pricey for $25.00, but I do recommend this product because it's worth it for the high quality.

The 10 ounces is perfect for my needs - to keep water cold, or herbal tea hot at my bedside throughout the night. I have dry mouth caused by medications, so nighttime hydration is very important for me. The lid is very sturdy. Kudos to Yeti for an excellent product. HOWEVER - Amazon shipped it inside a box that REEKED OF PERFUME or INSECTICIDE. This did not affect the mug itself - because the mug materials do not absorb scents - but the plastic lid absorbed the smell, and it was absolutely impossible to wash out the smell. I contacted YETI customer support, explained the problem, and they are sending a replacement lid to me. Excellent customer support by YETI. This is an Amazon problem which has happened before. I had to return the entire items, very costly for Amazon I assume and very problematic for me.

As you can see from the first picture, I wanted to test a few different styles of Yeti and against a cheap substitute. (Sunwill, the Sursip and BJPKPK are ramblers) I wanted to supersize my morning coffee & choose a 14 oz Yeti mug. Yes, it does take 14oz of coffee with room to fit the lid on it. The Yeti is superior in build quality than the Sunwill. But ergonomically, I like the size of the 10oz Yeti. Instead of gaining the extra 4oz from height, Yeti gained it in width, as in 100% of the 4oz. This made the cup unwieldy and awkward to transport, and I was uncomfortable lifting it in front of my laptop. The handle of the 10oz Yeti fits the fingers better than the Sunwill, (wider and more material used) making transport from coffee pot or room to room more comfortable. As for the temperature test. Once again, all the Yetis are superior. But how much is what matters. For the first hour the heat retention is identical (nearly), and then after that who cares if the Yeti keeps it hotter longer? It is already too low temp for coffee. As for the lids? IF you want a tight no leak fit. Get a YETi! For me, the 14oz model is just unwieldy. Some people are Oakley ~ Nike people and some people DGAF about brand image. I decided to pay half as much and keep the Sunwill as I DGAF. Just my Joepinion. For me, close enough is the same. Obviously, you are a different person with different wants and needs, and I hope I gave you the ability to make a wise choice for yourself. Aloha Joe Jr. As for the 3 ramblers I tested (missing is the BJPKPK 30oz rambler, it was too big for my hand but if you are a large person might be great for you). The Yeti is superior in build quality and ergonomics. It is more comfortable and fits the hand better (mine anyway). From the pictures you can see that the Yeti can be used with a straw or sans lid. Not so with the Sursip. I barely use a straw and the Sursip came with two as it came with two lids. My dad has the Yeti and was crushed when he lost his straw and found that Yeti makes getting a replacement cost prohibitive. As for the straw itself, the Yeti is larger and better in every way. My dad also had to buy a cleaning wire for his Yeti. The Sursip comes with one. As for the temperature test. Once again, all the Yetis are superior. But how much is what matters. For the first few hours they are nearly identical, and then after that the Yeti is again far superior at keeping liquids colder for longer. But, if you left them both out with liquid and ice overnight, they both will still have cold liquid in ice come morning. As for the lids? IF you want a tight no leak fit. Get a YETi! Weight: It's a bit heavier than regular mugs, which might be a drawback for some people, especially if you're carrying it around frequently. I love Yeti cups and tumblers ! I used to not understand the hype... and didn't believe in it really. I would buy other brands of tumblers because they were cheaper. But now I am a huge fan. They keep my coffee, tea, arroz con leche, etc warm for HOURS. I did get most when they were on sale... because lets be honest they are never cheap. The handle ones have surprised me. I really really like them. The comfort of having a handle I didn't think necessary but I really do enjoy it now. One of my favorite Yeti's is my 26oz with the handle ! (Not in photo) I love the Sky Blue color, and I also love the grey stone look ones (also in photo on the right). I totally plan on getting more of the stone textured ones ! Theyre so nice and look so great in my kitchen+living space against all of its' bright white surroundings. When I really became obsessed with Yeti, was when I had a coffee I barely got to drink while busy in the kitchen. I then took my dog out for a walk... and had garden work to do once I got home. I ran into the house to chug my coffee to get me through the end of the day... And it was still the perfect temperature !!!! Many hours later ! If you've been thinking on trying out Yeti, do it! You won't be disapointed.
