My favorite flavor for this brand not too sweet not too tart tart.

Excellent product but price point puts pressure on it being a good value for me.

The flavor was not very good and the price is higher then others. It hasnt done for hydration or performance

I finally had my first one of these today. After getting all sweaty and gross working outside cutting a bunch of branches, hauling them around and burning them, I went inside and chugged a glass of water.Then I remembered I had these guys, so I poured some more water and put a HydraLyte in it. After a quick stir, I drank it. I don't know if it was a placebo effect or what, but I almost immediately felt more refreshed and energized from the second glass than the first one. I feel like the HydraLyte really did the trick.Compared to a packaged drink like the power or the gator ades, the flavor here is much more mild. Not as super sweet, so I felt it also wasn't as filling (which is good). There is baking soda in there, which gives it the illusion of being slightly carbonated, so the mouth feel was a nice surprise.I am often grossed out by stevia, but the little bit in these didn't ruin the experience for me at all.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by HydraLyte. We've already thrown these in our car first aid kits and will be using them for the kids' sporting events or any other time we want to have a quick and easy way to hydrate sweaty people.

Hydralyte Electrolyte Powder Packets is made using all natural ingredients, is gluten free, non-GMO, and only has 3 grams of sugar. Due to recent health issues, I have had a difficult time keeping anything down and this has helped me stay hydrated. I first added a packet of the powder to 8oz of water and although it dissolved quickly, I was not a fan of the flavor as it was too strong for me. These hydration packets work as intended. I added one to my water as directed and I definitely could tell the difference in my thirst level compared to just plain water. The taste is not bad--a vague citrus flavor--but it is salty! Yes, salt is needed to balance electrolytes, so I expected this, but at the 8 ounce mix level, it is just too much. I do like the convenience of the pre-measured packets--easy to pack for travel, toss in the gym bag, have on hand outside for hiking, yard work, etc. I also like that there are no sugar alcohols in this--the only sweetener is stevia. I don't like the slight fizz, however. I could do without the 'sparkling' effect, but that can't be avoided since there is bicarbonate in it, otherwise known as baking soda. That's my personal preference, however, nothing against the product.
