Can I use it both day and night?

Yes, but we recommend you to use it at night since the serum will increase sensitivity to sunlight. So, remember to put on sunscreen at the last step when you use it on day time!

Can I use it when I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

When pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommended to avoid any retinoid products.

My skin stings and becomes flaky when I use it. Is it supposed to be like this?

The reaction may occur during the first 1- 2 weeks for your skin to get used to retinol. It can cause side effects like skin irritations, erythema, skin peeling. We recommended using a small amount twice a week.

How much retinol should I apply?

One pump is enough, just slightly more than that to cover the entire face. Also, you can place a thin layer over the neck, chest, and even hands.

Can I mix it with other ingredients?

If you already using retinol, do not mix it with vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide, and AHA/BHA acids
