Perfect for lifter bore
Fantasies for lifter bore hone. Used 2 different grades to get the desired finish like a cylinder wall. Flat tappet motor is humming along now. Just follow the instructions. Cheap for the results I got

It worked perfectly!
I rebuilt the engine on my log sputter (first time attempting a rebuild). When I cleared the glaze from the cylinder, I found what was in the picture (which was the problem). Kept at it with the honer in the aluminum cylinder and presto! Took out enough to get past the groves but not born out so much I needed to order oversized rings!

Good product
I called Brush Research for a recommendation of 2 stroke cylinder. I received their recommended size and ended up putting it on the shelf and ordering a smaller size. The Flex Hone is a great product but keep in mind they are oversized to work in your bore. The 2 stroke cylinder needed a lighter touch due to the coating and ports.

Helped with mounting new Electric motor to bicycle!
I used this to slightly enlarge a bottom bracket (the part the pedal crank goes through) on a cheap bicycle. I am installing a new electric motor and front sprocket to it. The minimum size for the motor to fit is 33.5mm, and this bike was just slightly less than that. The motor would not slide through the hole and mount. 2 minutes after I opened this package, the motor fit into the bottom bracket perfectly! Worked ideally for this project! I highly recommend this tool, in this size, if you have the same issue.
