Well Priced and Convenient Tool
A great tool for checking neck straightness. It worked on a compound radius guitar perfectly. Nice of the maker to add the finish instead of leaving it bare metal. It looks and feels like a quality product. Definitely worth the money and I imagine it will last a long time.

Works As Advertised
Works perfectly on my Gibson, Epiphone, Fender, Squire, Guild, and Yamaha guitars. The spacing is correct for all. When laid on a thick flat glass, the notched and straight edges are even and work perfectly on my guitars. It is moderately thick so won't bend or flex. Not so thick it will stand on its own, but sufficient for the job. Happy with the price and performance.

Decent tool for the price
Its a decent neck relief gauge especially for the price. It doesnt feel cheap or look cheap. Its straight and level; it works as you would expect. One or two of the little notches are a touch short of the others but it is so minimal that it doesnt impact accuracy. If you are looking to get down to an exact millimeter of relief - this is not the tool for you and at less than $20, it shouldnt be. Its also a little sharp on the edges, but not in a way that it will damage my guitar and not anything I will address. I used it against all my guitar necks and checked it against a guitar that I just got back from a luthier and its as accurate as I need it to be. If you tinker like I do, this is perfect. If guitar setups are a job for you, I would go with a more expensive name brand tool. They are bigger in size, likely accurate to a millimeter or more, and contain multiple scale/fret board accommodations.

Works on B.C. Rich
Used this on my handmade B.C. Rich Bich from ‘84 and it worked perfectly.

Accurate enough and cheap
That’s a great product. I don’t have devices to measure how straight this is but when I put that on a straight surface there’s no noticeable gap so I assume it’s straight enough visually. I actually use the not notched side of this straight edge to measure neck relief and it’s quite helpful and better than measuring with capo and string because the string is flexible and finding the right thickness with feeler gauges can be a bit tricky. But this helps you to accurately measure the exact gap since it does not stretch like a string when I push a feeler gauge.

Straight and works well to ensure the neck is straight before a fret level job.

I bought this as a test of quality, to see if this brand would be decent quality... The answer is no. This item is useless. The notches are uneven and there is a recessed bow in the from the 4th notch onward. Absolutely useless. Would have ruined my guitar's neck if I didn't check it against a real straight edge first. It's a shame because it feels nice and solid. Shame the manufacturer can't cut straight...
