I bought two packs of these screen protectors, but in one there’s some dust between the protector and the film, so after applying it I found that there’s some dust and bubbles. This could be a rare case as the other seems fine.The support team reached out to offer me a full refund and a replacement.

This screen protector for the iPad Pro 12.9 has been fantastic for keeping my screen scratch-free and safe. The fit is perfect, covering the entire screen without interfering with the camera or Face ID. It’s also impressively clear and doesn't affect the display quality or touch sensitivity, which is a huge plus!The installation was mostly straightforward, though I did get a couple of bubbles that took a bit of effort to remove. Also, it attracts fingerprints a bit more than I expected, but a quick wipe usually takes care of that. Overall, this is a solid, reliable screen protector and great value for the price!

Absolutely awful. The frame doesn’t hold the iPad in a fixed position and when you pull the protector over there is a bigger gap at the bottom than the top. Bubbles everywhere. Tried getting rid by lifting up the edge with a thumb nail and damaged it so the bubble won’t go. Expected better from this company. Going to be returned.

I’m absolutely horrible at installing screen protectors like I can never get them on without bubbles but these were surprisingly super easy to install, also it didn’t affect the display quality like my old one did. Would definitely recommend.❤️

The QR code for the installation guide doesn’t work (it leads to a 404 error), which was not a good start. The printed manual is okay, but the steps could have been explained more clearly. After following each step closely, my first attempt at installing the protector was unsuccessful. I lifted the corner to fix the issue, which only made it worse, so I had to remove the protector and start over.The plastic frame used to position the iPad isn't a perfect fit—it allows the iPad to shift slightly, which can cause the protector to attach unevenly. Be cautious and ensure the iPad is perfectly centered before applying the protector. On my second attempt, I removed the bubbles before lifting the final protective layer (a step not mentioned in the printed guide), and the result was much better.So I can say while the end result is fine, the frame feels flimsy, and the installation guidance is lacking. For the price, I expected a higher-quality experience.
