Using it for the first time this week, took some adjusting of the poles and bags but once I got it figured out it was super sturdy and provided good shade for my family. UPDATE: Its now the end of the week and I can say that we are super happy with this canopy, takes a few minutes to set up and its great, we had a couple decently windy days but once we figured out the pole positions it worked out phenomenal no issues in the wind!

This tent is awesome! First time trying it down at the beach today and it was perfect! Went up super easily and quickly and held up really well in the wind. Taking it down was just as quick and it all fit well back in the bag. Very much recommend this for a beach trip!!!

Great tent for the beach at a reasonable price. We used this for a week in Panama City beach and it did great, even on several very windy days. It was easy to put up, my husband put it up every morning by himself. It did sag a little on one side the first day but after adjusting how far we stretched the corners when putting it up we never had an issue again. It was large enough for four adults and two toddlers to stay out of the sun.

We have used this tent a few times now. The first time was at the beach with very little wind. The set up was easy and the fabric felt strong and blocked out a good portion of the sun. However on the second day it was windier and it did not hold up very well. Had to attempt to adjust on how it stood, but eventually had to take it down due to the wind.

This tent was so easy to put together and worked wonderfully! It kept my family out of the sun during our beach trip. I highly recommend this beach tent!

Not quite what is advertized... First day at the beach it took about 45 minutes and 3 sides caving in at a time before i got the flimsy thing to stand up. The tent then collapsed when the weight bags pulled out of the sand they were buried in. The people beside us offered to assist holding it while securing. Added water-packed sand to the bags and it held a bit better. Second day at the beach I could not get the cover tight enough to not hit us in the head while SITTING under it, kept having to zip tie the ends and additionally fold each corner several times to stay still and not flop around so much. The material apparently had to stretch itself out and gave it so much more play. Third, fourth, and fifth days at the beach, we decided the tent was too much of a pain to maintain while trying to enjoy quality family time, we used chair umbrellas instead. When we got home I took the tent out to clean it in the yard and used the provided pegs to anchor it. Those proved to be too flimsy to hold the tent up, one of the pegs broke in two places while trying to sink it in the ground so I had to use a peg of my own. One of the corners has a small rip from having to fold it up and zip tie it so much on the beach. It rained right after trying to clean the sand off in the yard and 3 out of 4 sides have collapsed, it can't hold the moisture and it gets too heavy for the small posts, and the pegs come flying out of the ground like trebuchets - sending pegs and mud to the other side of the yard. This might be a good tent with better structure support and tie-downs, the sand bags should be a bit heavier to keep wind from pulling them out of the ground, and it needs more sturdier pegs to sink in the ground for non-beach use. I can't say I'd recommend this one, especially for the price I paid.

This is one of those items where everyone who saw it wanted to get one. It comes in a small bag that is incredibly light and easy to carry. No more hauling a heavy framed canopy and taking up all that space in your vehicle to and from the beach. It holds up surprisingly well to the wind and can be setup in multiple positions to block the sun from pretty much any angle. Setup and tear down was a breeze. Everything fits right back in the bag without having to cram it in. Definitely worth the purchase if you want shade at a beach and something that is super easy to carry and store away when not in use.

Big tent, great at the beach if it isn’t to windy. Does a great job of blocking the sun. Learned you need to over fill the bags and spread them out as far as you can pull them to keep the tent up.

Fantastic this tent works amazing on BC beaches! We put it up actually on a very windy day and only had to adjust the weight once by burying the sand feet under the sand. We love this It also helps defining your space on the beach no one runs their frisbee or ball through you!

I’m glad we choose this model with 4 poles to give us maximum height. I especially like that it comes in a carry bag that includes 2 sand scoops to fill the weight bags with. There’s enough room in the bag for my 10 x 10 blanket to stuff in there as well.

Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits. Le produit est résistant aux vents et est facile d'assemblage. Le seul hic, c'est la toile mince et aussi, les œillets en tissus pour planter des piquets de tentes ne sont vraiment a utiliser qu'en extrême urgence . Je recommande le produit, car comme abris, c'est superbe.

Lots of shade that fit in a bag. Really like it.

It’s compact, lightweight and easy to put up. The provided tent pegs are not the best. They’re time consuming to screw into the sand. Using regular tent pegs with a mallet to pound them into the sand are much better. We adapted these.
