A: Well it all depends on how much use you put on.  All the parts look pretty resistant but you may consider that cylinder might wear out.

A: The Total Crunch is pretty study for a small machine, my weight is about 158 lbs my son is around 140 lbs we have had the Total Crunch around 3 months now, we use it regularly and it is holding up fine no problems

### ⭐ Totally flimsy. Resistance tube broke in 5 minutes.

My title isn't completely honest. The tube didn't break in five minutes. It broke in about two. I owned a machine like this before. 20 years ago. And even then I paid about three times what this one cost. So, I kinda knew I was making a giant mistake with this, but assumed perhaps they just got quicker and easier to make so they cost less now.... nope. This POS is beyond trash. Once assembled it will rock back and forth with your shifting weight as you get on or off. NOTHING is welded... everything is bolted together. This is simply not how exercise equipment should be made. Don't waste your money. This thing isn't even worth the paltry amount they're asking.
