I needed a auto feeder for our outdoor cat as we are traveling for a few days. We have had some in the past that the raccoons have gotten a hold of and destroyed so I wanted one with a flat top to weigh it down and prevent that. This one fit the bill and was priced right so i grabbed it. The instructions were clear and the setup was easy. I was able to program several feedings a day into it to ensure the cat gets food during the day as the raccoons will also take advantage of it at night. The hopper holds quite a bit of food, more than we need to add for the 2 days we are gone and the feeder is working as intended. I was able to weight it down on top with several bricks and there is no way a raccoon can drag it off now. I won't need it all the time but its nice to have the peace of mind when we are out of town and to know the cat is getting fed (As well as several stray cats in our area). So far its durable, easy to clean as the feeding tray pops off and the quantity of a meal is programmable so I can ensure the cat is fed without over feeding her or every animal within a mile. I have it undercover on a back porch so the weather won't affect it so I can't speak of outdoor durablilty yet but it seems to be solidly built. Im happy with the purchase and prefer this one over the way more expensive one I had in the past

Great product! This feeder was super easy to assemble and set up, the canister holds much more than I expected it to which is super helpful if you need pets to be fed for longer than a day or two, I also like that the lid has a push-down "lock" which is super sturdy and helpful if your pets try to open it up. The dispensing worked perfectly, exactly as marketed, the meal time and portion set-up process seems more complicated than it actually is and it's a very forgiving system if you need to go back and make any adjustments, don't be intimidated by the instructions!! I love this automatic feeder, and so does Muffin my barn kitty. She gets her food on time, twice everyday. It works perfectly well and is easy to program, and now if I have to be away for a day I know she will be fine. The feeder is extremely durable, as shown by a recent adventure with a raccoon. He stole the whole feeder and dragged it across the barn floor! The cord needs to be replaced because he ripped it out of the wall... but after all that, the feeder still works! And the raccoon has been trapped and taken far away!

Works very well! I like it and its easy to program ! Only bummer is when youre setting it up its beep is loud as hell lol like loud loud but other than that hold about 2/3 of a 5lb bag and stays good in it the lid easily comes off with a little twist ! Best auto cat feeder for an affordable price!

Easy to set up, works great so far, can set up many different feedings time. Got the 3L so it hold a small bag of cat food.

Bought two of these feeders back in December. They work good for our two cats who eat different portion sizes. My biggest issue with these is the clock/timer. We set both feeders at the EXACT same time, and we have reset the clocks on both units 3 separate times. Making sure the time is the same on both feeders down to the second. One of the feeders must count time too fast, as it slowly starts gaining minutes faster than the other feeder. After a couple of weeks, the same feeder is off by at least a whole minute. It’s really frustrating as one cat has already finished eating by the time the other feeder goes off. No matter how many times we fix it, the same feeder has gained minutes in just a matter of a week or two. Pictures were taken of both feeders at the same time, three weeks after we reset the times to match each other.

This automatic feeder has changed our lives. It works very well and out cat no longer wakes us up in the morning to be fed. As well, we don't worry that he won't get fed on time if we are away for the day. The only downside I have with this product is if it is unplugged and moved, it won't auto release and has to be re-programmed. This isn't an issue but it is something I wish I knew right away.

Although I’ve only been using four and a half days. I have to say I’m quite impressed. The only thing I have found “wrong,” is it looses between 5-10 seconds per day. If you want the same exact feeding time every day then it would not be so good. I have had two messages with the seller, they told me to reset the time every now and then. That they strive to make their product better all the time. I have seen a few mention the clock not keeping accuracy. Personally I would not buy another of this brand. I received an instruction booklet plus a double sided instruction page. With both diagrams and words on one side then a chart showing portions and how much for one to six daily meals. So so easy. Very nice braided power cable and a sub power block. The food dish seems to be the perfect shape for a cat. Wider than it is long, so there is plenty of room for their whiskers. It seems fairly sturdy. The lid locks on. I have put a nice sized rock on top just incase. My cat has pulled over an eighteen pound bucket of food with his teeth. So this could be kids play. So far he doesn’t bother with it except to eat. It is easy to remove and clean the feeding dish. To clean the inside I have not checked it out as of yet. At a glance it seems the middle part might be difficult. I did get batteries for backup but as 4.5 days in, I can’t give an opinion. I am very glad there is such a thing. There is a battery metre on the front to show the life left in the batteries. Very very helpful. I have never owned an automatic feeder before so can’t compare. I would recommend trying this one. I did buy on sale and feel I have gotten my dollars worth.

This is exactly the automatic feeder I've been looking for! Setting up the feeding schedule and portion sizes through the app is super simple, and seeing my cat on the camera is absolutely adorable. Tracking when he eats is effortless, and I'm extremely satisfied with how user-friendly the app is. Tip: Make sure to insert the SD card before filling the hopper with food! Trying to insert the card after adding the kibble was a bit of a hassle, and I ended up spilling food everywhere :))) I really look forward to getting meal notifications on the app whenever I'm out of the house. Highly recommended!
