I have a 24ft RV. I keep one in the dashboard and one in the living area in back and rotate them periodically. The baking heat of the daytime dashboard drys out the front one. I rarely bother to microwave them. Note that the indicator dot is not in anyway connected to the internal beads that absorb the moisture so, after you get to know the product, I recommend ignoring the dot. One of these days, I will get into the product and examine the beads directly but will have to do that in such a way that it still can be microwaved. They work slowly but adequately and I consider the two as essential equipment. I can definitely tell they work to moderate the living area and reduce (but not eliminate) the inside fogging of the front glass. But I do not routinely hangout in high humidity areas so YMMV. Also, don’t make my mistake and place the bag directly in contact with window glass (windshield or otherwise). Over time, the temperature differential can crack the glass.

I keep this product in a classic car that is currently under restoration and that has issues with proper sealing at the windows and doors. This product has managed to keep the interior of the vehicle moisture-free and dry in an area that is known for its relatively rainy climate, Seattle. I would recommend this product to anyone who looking for something to keep their car free from being damp and exposed to moisture.

I can’t speak to longevity or anything yet because I’ve only used and recharged this once so far, but it’s been great! I was always getting full condensation inside my car that I had to wipe away in the morning with microfibre cloths, and I had mould in my car. After treating the mould and using this to absorb moisture, I haven’t had any issues with condensation inside my car. It lasted about a week and a half until needing to be recharged again. The only annoying thing is my microwave can only be adjusted to 500 or 700 watts (as opposed to 600 like this requires) so I had to play around a bit with the recharge time. If your microwave isn’t adjustable then that’s something to take into account. Overall really happy with this purchase so far and I hope it lasts a long time!

Bought this dehumidifier bag for my car - was sick of demisting windows every morning. I left it on dashboard ABIT closer to the window and it did the trick - no more issues. Left it on passenger seat for a while, and moved it to the parcel shelf after that. It does the job. Remains to see how the recharging will go, as I have no intention of leaving it in the oven for 3 hours, with energy prices going through the roof.

It works for me. Less humidity in the car, less unpleasant scent. For now- happy with purchase!

ho acquistato questo prodotto perchè parcheggiando la macchina all'esterno, soprattutto dopo giornate piovose e fredde la mattina trovavo molta condensa sul vetro interno della macchina, ed ero costretto as aspettare una decina di minuti prima di spannare il vetro, ma che poco dopo tornava ad appannarsi. da quando ho messo uesto deumidificatore in auto non ho più avuto questo tipo di problemi, funziona egregiamente e assorbe perfetamente l'umidità di una berlina di medie dimensioni. Ottimo il rilevatore di umidità assorbita, quando completamente scarico è azzurro e mentre assorbe l'umidità tende a schiarirsi, fino a diventare rosa quando completamente carico di acqua. per rigenerarlo bastano 6 minuti a 600w nel micronde, passati i 6 minuti prestare attenzione perchè risulterà molto caldo e con sbuffi di vapore; per evitare di effettuare questo procedimento più volte per completare la ricarica, vi consiglio, una volta tirato fuori dal micronde, di posizionarlo sopra un termosifone acceso così da raffreddarsi lentamente e permettere all'umidità più interna di passare all'esterno, tornerà come nuovo e pronto per l'utilizzo. personalmente lo ricarico all'incirca 1 volta ogni 2 settimane, quindi ha una durata ottima. Pro: facile utilizzo, perfetto funzionamento, e facilmente rigenerabile Contro: nessuno
