cap screws on when water not frozen, pops off and will not screw on when frozen. Filled to recommended marks. What am I doing wrong?

This is due to the water getting into the threads before it freezes. Unfortunately every time you pour out the coffee, the water inside goes right into the threads. They could design the threads to be water tight, but that isnt the case currently so we just have to deal with spinning top and water gushing into our coffee.

Does this fit under a Keurig mini?

No it wouldn't fit under the brew spout of that machine to our knowledge. Most full size single cup brewers it can - the product is 6.75" tall so with clearance greater than that it's in the clear.

How easy or difficult is it to clean? How do you clean it?

It is very easy to clean. I clean it a few times a week. Couldn't be simpler, just unscrew it and throw in the in the dishwasher.

Can anyone tell me how long it needs to be in the freezer to be ready for use? Thanks

6-12 hours for the initial freeze. Time will be dependent on water temp and freezer temp. Refreeze times are much faster usually.

It's great

OK, this thing (the stainless steel model) is awesome. Got it for my wife, who loves her coffee but hates watered-down iced coffees in the summer, and she thinks it's great. Easy to use, chills your drink very quickly, and the steel model won't crack. If you're thinking you'll like it, chances are that you will.

Cracked lid in a week!

The lid cracked within a week of daily use. I would brew the coffee in a cup and not directly on to the lid. Inspite of that, the lid cracked. They should think of making the lid stainless steel as well! Or offer replacement lids.
