I love to cook but I do not like to bake at all! I decided that I wanted to make an Italian vegetable Easter pie. I ordered this and was extremely pleased. It did not leak at all. My Easter pie came out looking beautiful. The recipe itself was off on the cooking time but that was no fault of the pan. The included utensils were a nice added touch. I was not expecting the package of round parchment paper. I am not sure what I will do with it but I will find a use for it I am sure. I am looking forward to getting the E recipes and maybe trying to use this pan more often. Some of the comments mentioned The lid not fitting correctly? I thought this was the case at first but I discovered you have to use two hands to put this lid on. I have discovered that if you put it on the edge closest to you first and then use your forearm to press down while you secure the opposite side it works perfectly. Once the lid is on it is not going anywhere. I figured out it needs to be a good tight fit to be secure that is why some people might think it is not fitting properly but you need to figure out your own system and when it is on you will be very happy with how secure it is! My husband is a big fan of cheesecake so I think I may have to start experimenting with making some.

Look, I know they advertise it as leak proof. But that isn't feasible for a springform pan. This is a great pan. One of the best I've owned that wasn't a $50+ professional pan. But if you overdo it with the butter or cooking spray, even the pro pans will leak. How much butter are you people putting into your crusts??? You do not need TONS OF BUTTER for cheesecake crusts!!!! This pan is wonderful for a really great price. If you want a leakproof pan, DON'T GET A SPRINGFORM PAN. Plain and simple.If you DO need a springform pan, this one is a great choice! Heavy duty, non stick, AND HALLELUJAH IT HAS A LID! Sure makes my life a lot easier!

First thing I want to state is; this is not a robot generated review or one bought from a third party to write.It is rare to none that I ever write a review on anything. If something is ever horrible, bad, I would just not buy from that seller again. If it is good I would be satisfied but not write a word.However, when a company goes to such extraordinary lengths to satisfy me as a customer, recognizing me as the most important asset to their business, and writes me personal messages about my concerns; I’ve got to share the experience with others.I, on the side, have a cheesecake hobby that I sell within my local community. I’m a professor by trade at a private university, but baking is my stress ventilation. I was off during the summer and my orders really increased to where I needed another spring form pan. My other pan, just one, when I mentioned busy I meant 2-3 cheesecakes a week, is a well known leader in the industry. All my baking pans are by this company that I trusted because of the quality, weight, and they last.I saw the ad for Cookares 10” Spring Form Pan, and what caught my eye was the no leak as well as the cover lid for carrying. The price was at the same level of what you would expect to pay for quality, so I read the entire description along with the reviews. Of course the reviews are not sometimes a good gauge of judging an item. Mostly it’s the unhappy never can be satisfied people that enjoy writing them.I was very impressed and ordered the pan. There had been a problem with the delivery from the company outsourced from Amazon. The package was delivered somewhere other than at my front door. I live in a highly secured location with a security access code entrance door just to deliver at my front door. We never have package thieves.It was not LMRgoods responsibility; but when I messaged the company they immediately took action. They apologized for the delay, my package delivered to the wrong address, and shipped me another pan that day with a message letting me know if there’s anything else they could do to help to contact them. It wasn’t even their responsibility yet they owned the problem.The pan, it’s absolutely the best buy I’ve made on Amazon. I wish all my pans were from Cookares. It’s sturdy, doesn’t leak so no more wrap foil around the bottom for the water bath, non stick, slides out perfectly, and the snap on lid with handle to carry is genius. No one, I’ve seen, offers this feature.It’s a pan that will never need to be replaced because of the quality. You’ll pass it down to your family some day. When you buy cheap; don’t expect the item to last forever nor have expectations of a higher end product. Purchase the right pan this round, ignore the mainstream popular commercial brands, and you’ll never have any regrets.What’s most comforting is knowing I have their customer service just a message away. This is one product I can mark off my to buy list for the rest of my life.Update; the pan with the lid on is an airtight storage for other baked goods. I use mine for storing cupcakes.

I liked the cheesecake pan. What I did not like was the lid did NOT fit. Ten people tried to get the lid on pan with no success. Disappointed cause that was one of the reasons I brought the pan was for the lid cover.The pan did make a perfect cheesecake and I liked that it came with the round parchment paper. But what's the trick with the cover?I would have sent back to you but I needed to make cheesecake that very day of receiving pan for a party.

The cake pan is a good size and a heavy quality but, I us the pan to make cheesecake and it needs to be baked in water. The pan leaked and the bottom of cake had water in it. Then as I went to cover the cake to store it the cake lid would not go on. As I work to make it fit the cover broke. Please see Pictures.

The first time I received the product, it was slightly damaged. I returned it, and the seller was very apologetic and kind. She was willing to take a loss to make sure I was happy with the product.This Springform Pan is awesome! I've only used it for one cheesecake so far. It has a small lip on the bottom piece that helps prevent leaks, so all the butter was kept in the crust instead of leaking out into the foil. The lid fits perfectly: I feel confident lifting it from the lid handle when it's full of cheesecake. The construction feels sturdy to me. It was fairly easy to get the bottom properly seated in the sides. (And the cheesecake was delicious!)

I made my first cheesecake in this pan, and it turned out perfect! I especially like the cover, which locked on and helped me transport my fragile masterpiece to the refrigerator for chilling. I wasn't brave enough to slide the cheesecake off the bottom piece after removing the springform sides. Maybe I will try that next time. The pan came with a silicone scraper, mat, and metal spatula. From other reviewers' notes, I think these "extras" may change--probably at the manufacturer's whim. It was nice to get these little surprises along with the pan, though. The supplier sent links to a booklet of cheesecake recipes and some useful tips. I am really happy with this supplier, who has gone out of her way to make sure the pan arrived in good condition.

Great pan. I made a cheesecake a few days after I received it.The lid was such a great bonus, as well as parchment liners and spatula.Very easy to clean, which you can’t say about a lot of springform pans.I’m very happy and would recommend this.

Fantastic product, however the lid doesn't fit perfect... it still closes but is a tiny bit too small.
