Definitely helps take away urges to snack and stay on track with your diet- willpower and healthy eating still required! Helped me over a block in my weight loss and after a couple of weeks I have lost a few pounds more, eating a small portion for breakfast and dinner only ( I don’t exercise much but am quite active).I would recommend to give them a try.

Having used this as described for two whole boxes, I can say that I have suffered wind and constipation but there has been no change in my appetite and hence no weight loss. It does say that optimum results are achieved after three months but it's too expensive to continue when there is no sign of any change at this stage. It tastes ok, nothing unpleasant about it, you do need to drink it as soon as it's mixed though because it becomes very 'jelly-like' after a short time.

I have tried these sachets and they definitely made me feel fuller. It’s to earlier to say about weight loss . The taste is great and they are good value for money

I’ve tried a few things over the years. My worst habit is sugar cravings. Especially in the evenings. I’ve researched the ingredients in this and it looks to support me with those cravings and promotes healthy gut. As an addition to trying to eat more healthily I think it’s definitely beneficial. I will be reordering. Obviously there are the well known benefits of a glass of water before meals ( which is free!) but I’m using this in the morning and evening at the moment to try and make them last longer! Weight loss wise it’s too soon to say but I feel less bloated and feel just using this product is keeping me on track. Give it a go.

I’ve never tried a product like this before but I’m really impressed. It works well for me, suppresses hunger for 5-6 hours and tastes good. Will definitely subscribe.
