How long do we need to wait before eating?

I did it before bed, so I did not eat until the morning.

How can I loosen the adhesive? Mine tear into pieces when removing.

They can be a little tricky to remove. I start at one end and slowly pull and they end up coming off in one piece. I bet some cold water might firm it up also making it easier to remove.

Does this kit really work? How long does this kit work until you need to reorder another one?

For me, i used them every other night for a week before a wedding, saw a difference. Now i use 1x -2x per week to maintain so the box last awhile for me.

do your teeth stay white stay white? and for how long?

I used the strips once- I could hardly get them off my teeth - something is wrong with the way these are manufactured in that they don’t want to come off your teeth. When I did get them off, finally, I had white spotty patches- these are not the best out there and I returned. HIsmile is a much better option
