How large of a pond is this liner good for? (water feature plus a few goldfish in Ohio)

Answer here...Hello Robert it depends on how deep,wide,and how long. My pond is 750gal. I have 5 koi and 25 mosquito eaters.... This liner is very strong and thick. Make sure you have a good under liner. I hope this helps you....Tony

how well does this hold up in freezing/ice weather? Also, UV protection?

This was the first winter that we’ve had it so won’t really know how well it held up until we get our waterfall up and running. So far, there have been no issues with it fading.

Now We’re Talking!

I’ve had a couple of cheaper liners over the past few years and I got what I paid for. When they leak, it’s a nightmare replacing them - draining the pond, rehousing fish and plants, having to re-landscape. A pro recommended this 45 mil liner (and an all-important underlayment) and it’s a game changer. It’s obvious that this liner is going to last a LONG time. This liner is what you want. It's really EPDM, very pliable, very thick. Simply the best. There's a lot of liners claiming to be this spec but are not. The Firestone liners have all been good for me.
