It’s great to have vegan suitable omega-3, and these capsules contain excellent quality oil. They are quite large, but easy to swallow with a little water/food, although I often bite into them; they have very little flavour. I’ve been taking them for years and have found them effective at keeping my aging joints going! Great value!

The liquid is ready to dispense and mixes well in juice, yoghurt, soup if you need to disguise the flavour. It does have an algal smell so some children may not like it unless it is mixed in with other food.

Used to highly rate this product but something is amiss. I order every month, taking the full two capsule dose daily and have been for years now. In the last 6 months or so I’ve noticed a serious drop in quality. Every order has contained leaking capsules that smell bad, and made me question the quality of the oil (smells rancid). Because of the leakage, the capsules are mostly stuck together in a messy clump, and it is very difficult to remove any from the packaging. I tried to persevere but I’m afraid you have finally lost me as a customer. The final straw is that I cannot even have the convenience of collecting from an Amazon locker anymore. Why this change as well now!?! After years of loyalty, you’ve finally pushed me away to flirt with others Vegetology. Shame.

Been taking this for a few days. Very happy with that I found a vegan version with has both DHA and EPA and that too in good dosage amount. I’m recommending this to friends and family to take. Tablet is a bit big but omega 3 tablets usually are. No fishy taste since it’s vegan.

This is the only algal oil I have found in non-capsule form. Often either a large, difficult-to-swallow capsule is needed or two smaller capsules are needed every day. This is much easier to dose out and doesn’t come with any of the extra ingredients needed to make the capsule coating. The taste has a slight fishiness to it, but isn’t too unpleasant. I don’t know how other reviewers expect the flavour to be magically completely different to algal oil when they are buying algal oil. I wouldn’t want extra ingredients to be added just to mask the flavour of something that takes a few seconds to swallow. There is one thing that the manufacturer could improve about this product - the inclusion of a dosing dropper as part of the lid!!! That would make this much easier and cleaner to dose out than pouring into a teaspoon every day.

No bad aftertaste, really good DHA to EPA ratio - for those who need brain support more than inflammation support. Actually probably only one like this in the market with DHA: EPA ratio 5:3. I love it that it's from algea too and has DPA because it assists DHA and EPA synergy. 100% RECCOMEND

Very good vegan alternative for fish oil. I hate capsules, so I either use oil or powder for my supplements. Purchased 3x already, really like it.

Bought these and within a week they were leaking and congealing in the bottle, should have returned these but forgot. They smell and taste vile and leave a mess on your fingers if you can get one unstuck from the bottle. Terrible quality. Made the mistake of putting some in my pill organiser and they started to dissolve my medication.

The scent resembles ocean and seaweed rather than old fish, with aroma stronger than flavor. Source: Microalgae produce EPA and DHA near the base of the marine food chain. Fish obtain these omega-3s through algae and algae-eating organisms. Fish oil remains a valid source, while algae oil provides a more direct source. Confidence: The nori aroma reassures me because complete absence of seaweed scent would make me question the product despite the label. Texture: The oil appears crystal clear, light, thin, and non-greasy. The liquid shows no cloudiness, yellowing, heaviness, or thickness. The milk carries no noticeable oily taste or texture. Swallowability: A teaspoon swallows easily because the oil feels light rather than heavy. The remaining oil also licks cleanly from the spoon without greasiness. Measurement: The bottle does not include a dropper. One serving equals 5 mL, or one standard teaspoon. A long teaspoon measures the serving accurately, while a 5 mL dropper would simplify dosing. Use: One teaspoon goes into one gallon of milk. Three hard shakes before every pour redistribute the oil after separation. The surface may show small beads after sitting, making shaking part of use. Nutrition: EPA and DHA support normal functions involving the brain, eyes, heart, and nervous system. My family eats little fish or seafood, so this concentrated oil fills a nutritional gap without gummies or excess filler. Effectiveness: Two days cannot establish long-term results. Two daily cups of fortified milk have coincided with better energy and less mental fog, though attribution remains uncertain. Eight to twelve weeks of consistent use should provide a fairer assessment. Value: The concentration, simple formulation, easy measurement, and light texture make the product worth continuing. Preference: I like the taste, trust the source, and plan continued use. Seaweed haters may need another EPA and DHA source. Die Kapseln riechen extrem stark nach Fisch, sodass ich sogar daran gezweifelt habe, ob sie tatsächlich vegan sind. Zusätzlich habe ich eine Dose erhalten, auf der alles auf Slowaksch beschriftet ist (soweit ich die Sprache richtig erkenne). Auf der Produktseite des Verkäufers findet sich keine vernünftige bzw. vollständige Produktbeschreibung. Ich beabsichtige, die Kapseln in ein Labor zu geben und überprüfen zu lassen, was tatsächlich enthalten ist.

Wer sein Paket nicht vom Paketshop abholen möchte sollte sich also wo anders umsehen. Das Produkt und der Support sind aber gut. Edit: Achtung! Ich wusste nicht dass Gelkapseln bei 30 Grad zu schmelzen beginnen. In meinem Zimmer hatte es knapp unter 30 Grad und jetzt picken die Kapseln aneinander und sind nur schwer zu trennen.
