This is suitable for cleaning the fabric hood of a Fiat 500C?

Not sure if it’s compatible with that hood but I would imagine the material is similar it worked we, can on the hood of my Audi tt roadster; if unsure check with manufacturers

Can this be used on a fabric hood to remove mildew stains?

Yes it was recommended by Chrysler for my convertible which has a soft fabric retractable hood. I have used it on Mildew a few times.

Would this product be ok to use on a 2007 bmw z4 soft top roof please?
