I love chamomile tea. If I’m feeling anxious, I will take three teabags and let it sit longer. Warming up againand I sip. I am totally ready for a nap. What a natural item. Also great for your stomach. Indigestion, acid, etc.

Bitter tasting
I have ordered this Hibiscus tea before and the taste was pleasant. The order was very bitter. I had to add a lot of honey and milk to get it to taste edible. The milk curdled so something is very wrong with this latest batch of Hibiscus tea.
