I’ve been using the UPERFECT 21.5” 120Hz Touchscreen Portable Monitor for a few days now, and I must say — it completely exceeded my expectations! 🔹 Display Quality: The Full HD IPS screen is crystal clear with vibrant colors and wide viewing angles. It works flawlessly with my Windows laptop and even with my Android phone via USB-C. It’s a dream for multitasking, presentations, and design work. 🔹 Build and Portability: Despite being 21.5 inches, it’s surprisingly slim and lightweight. The included magnetic smart cover and stand are practical and premium-feeling. Ideal for travel or a mobile workstation setup. 🔹 Connectivity: It supports multiple input options — USB-C, HDMI, and Mini DisplayPort — making it very flexible across my devices (laptop, phone, Switch, PS5). Just plug and play, no drivers needed. 🔹 Sound: The built-in speakers are decent for casual use, but I recommend external audio for movies or gaming. Still, a nice-to-have feature for such a compact monitor. 🔹 What I love most: It makes my dual-screen workflow portable. Whether I'm editing, coding, or gaming — I don’t feel tied down to a desk anymore. The Uperfect seller’s customer service Ms Jesscy handled the situation exceptionally well. The communication with her was clear, polite, and supportive throughout the process. They carefully listened to my issue, understood the challenges I was facing, and quickly provided a practical solution. What really stood out was their willingness to go beyond the standard procedure to ensure the problem was fully resolved. All cables and power adapter are included , also a nice bag for the screen, in 2 minutes it is up and working using type c 3.1 port ,touch is good , no delays . I love it and recommend it

Everything is perfect other than the backlight bleed. It is insane, it's like constantly having big white vingette on every corner of your screen. Not noticeable at all in normal use and most games, but if you watch movies/videos or play very dark games (aka horrors), that kind of ruins the atmosphere a bit

Product is good, slim and woking great ! Had some issues with the fact that the seller is unable to update the pictures in the product description, hence the item comes without the protective sleeve. Issue was solved by contacting the Uperfect customer support and getting a refund with the value of a third party protective sleeve. Initially gave 3 stars for it, but after dealing with their customer support and solving the problem, I can only say that I am happy with the purchase. Let's see how the product will handle the passing of time.

Completely satisfied with this monitor. Portable with perfect picture. You can work and play without any issues. OLED means new level of the picture quality.

Perfect for travel and working remotely. Slightly larger than a 14" laptop, but will most likely fit in the same bag given how thin it is

Product well built and blazing support with timely resolution. If using mount, the supplied screws are small so would need aftermarket screws or use from mounting arm.

This monitor works very well for my needs... the quality is excellent and it comes with everything you need cables-wise... it is very easy to add to your laptop bag for carrying around and not too heavy. I wish I had bought this long ago! Great seller too - excellent communication.

Works very nicely with my acer predator helios 16 laptop with thunderbolt 4 port. I did have issue with the thunderbolt 3 cable that came with the product but uperfect help me get a new cable that went well with my setup. The screen is a perfect match to be used as extended monitor for me as it has same native resolution as my laptop. Tested HDR content and that works as a charm as well. A little pricey but someone who needs portability this is definitely a good choice.

Excellent upgrade over earlier models. Pros: - Upgrade over previous model: with nicer looking glossy screen, monitor settings that remained instead of resetting with each power off, better material, built-in kick stand - Excellent customer support - high refresh rate - accutrate colour profile - light and portable - touchscreen - great value for the features Cons: - brightness still on the lower side - adjustment of settings using the dial a bit finicky and - not sure if adjustment dial would last (last monitor, dial fell off around 1 year and I didn't use it regularly)

Positive: Easy to plug in to your dedicated device and power outlet. Comes with all necessary cables. Beautiful Construction (strong and study) and great viewing angles. Volume suprisingly decent. Super fast and responsive display at 120hz. Negatives: Colour needs to be drastically adjusted. Took me 45 minutes to get the colours right. Touch interface sometimes don't work, it requires your device to be reconnected (works 90% of the time). Cables are too short but all necessities are included for different devices. 18.5 inch will not fit most bags but plenty of carry cases available. Overall really affordable monitor I can take on the go. Highly recommended.

Was quite hesitant at first to purchase from an unknown brand (UPERPECT), compared to other well known ones like ASUS. But after having this monitor for a few weeks now, I've absolutely no regrets on this purchase. Display: It's a QLED display. Images are crisp, and the colors are so vibrant that my Dell monitors now look pale & muted in comparison. At it's maximum, the display can be really bright. It is also unbelievably light and razor thin. It feels like a tablet, but way lighter. So do handle it with care. (The display is also quite glossy, so it'll be a problem if the sun is behind your back). Input ports: It has 2 ports for display outputs: a mini HDMI and USB-C port. It also supports USB-C Power Delivery pass-through (via the 2nd USB-C port) - i.e. using a laptop USB-C power adaptor, you can power both the laptop and display via the monitor. Note: If your laptop usb-c port power output is high enough, you can use the provided USB-C cable for both image output and powering the monitor. OSD Menu: It is accessed via a rocker switch at the side. The menu is full fledged like what you would expect from full sized external monitors - Backlight/Contrast/Color Profile (Standard, Game, Movie...), Sharpness, Temperature, Hue... Aspect ratio, Input selection (HDMI or Type C). Protective cover: This is the only con. While the cover does it job, it's much heavier than the monitor itself. The cover also acts as a stand. One half of is magnetic which 'snaps' on to the back (top) of the monitor, while the other half has two 'indents' which allow the monitor to stand in two positions (landscape) mode. The monitor also has two rubber feet at the bottom to prevent it from slipping. Built-in Speaker: Don't expect much for a 2W speaker. You're paying for a quality monitor, not quality audio. Price Point: For the amount I spent ($239.99), it feels like I got more than what I paid for. Support: Support is just amazing! They're really fast and prompt in replying any email enquiries you have. *update* - 8 months later Unfortunately, the monitor suddenly died on me while working on it at home. (not sure what happened there; there were white horizontal lines) But thankfully their customer service support was so quick and helpful in assisting me with it. Sent videos of the problem and received a replacement unit so quickly within a week. Kudos to the team at UPERFECT!

El producto funciona bastante bien, llego en buen estado, buen empaque y tambien incluye 3 cables para conectar tus dispositivos entre ellos un cable que va de HDMI a HDMI Mini, lo que lo hace muy util. De momento lo usopara conectar una computadora Mac Mini M2 como segundo monitor, mediante USB-C y va perfecto. Incluso he bajado un poco la resolucion pues a 2K quedan en extremo pequeños los textos y objetos del Sistema, pero funciona muy bien, me falta probar con alguna consola para ver el desempeño en juegos pero puedo decir que para trabajar es excelente. Eso si, la "perilla" para volumen tambien sirve para brillo, lo que en mi caso no viene indicado asi que tarde un poco en dar con la opcion del brillo, pero indudablemente por el costo es una excelente opcion para un monitor portatil.
