I tried these for the first time when I was in-patient at the hospital for a month when I felt the cafeteria food was not giving me enough nutrition. I tried the other flavor though, and thought it was yummy. I stayed away from the ginger one for a few months because it didnt sound good to me until they were sold out one day. Now I prefer the ginger flavor because the texture is more pleasing, and the flavor is very light! Mostly lemony. I have these on a monthly subrscription since they are very easy to leave in the car/gym bag/purse for later because it wont melt, only sweat. Anyways, my fiance says they are boring but This is healthy clean option that works well for me!

Im sorry be honest. I was pretty disappointed. I love anything lemon and I thought the ginger would have added something extra. I couldn't wait to try them but I can't handle the texture. There very Chewy and left a very rindy feeling behind. They didn't taste at all like lemon and im pretty sure what was supposed to be ginger I thought were more like some kinda nuts. I'm not a picky eater but I just did not care for these. I have 3 stars because my daughter said she doesn't mind them and will eat them. I wish they were less like you would expect from a protien bar and more flavorful.
