This glass rinser is great. Ever since I saw one on TikTok, I wanted one. Well, this thing is everything it promised to be. You can feel the quality of the material when you take it out of the box. It's built very well. The stainless steel also looks great next to my faucet. The price for this one is much lower than some of the others and I can't imagine any looking or working any better than this one.I had to do some research on the internet because the only hole I had on my sink was for the dishwasher hose air gap device. There is building code about requiring the device to be there, but I read that a "high loop" setup also works (see pic). So after taking out that device, the glass rinser fit in perfectly and was super easy to install. Fittings that were provided were also solid quality, no leaks whatsoever.

This is a nifty addition for a kitchen sink. I saw this in a bar and thought it was a cool idea. I think it’s awesome that this is available for purchase at a reasonable price for one’s personal home. This helps you work smart, not hard in the kitchen when washing dishes.I have to press down hard on this to activate it. I don’t use this a lot so I don’t mind doing that.Install was easy. My contractor did it and he had no issues. The hardest part was deciding whether to place this on the right side of the sink because I am right-handed or to place it on the left side of the sink. I chose the left side. I use features like my garbage disposal air switch and water filter spout more often than I use this and it’s easier for me to use my dominant hand for those things.Recommendation: Hook this up with cold water. If you hook it up with hot water, the water can become very hot and make the glassware uncomfortable to hold.

This was very simple and easy to install. The product is great to rinse glasses as well as rinsing out aluminum cans. Would recommend this product to my family and friends.

EDIT*** Seller responded back via email and addressed the issue and made it right. Good communication and customer service from seller.The components to install the rinser are defective.The tee fitting is defective and prohibits your ability to install the rinser. The 1/2” threads on the tee are not cut/machined right so it is impossible to screw the hose on. I had to go to Home Depot and spend an additional $21 dollars for a 3/8” tee and a 3/8” to 1/2” hose. After the issue was fixed the product works as described and I am very happy so far.I emailed the seller with my issue and have yet to receive a response..

Instructions were clear & installation went well, no leaks. It seems to be a good quality product, it’s been in use for a few months & it’s going good so far.

Really nice addition to the kitchen. Have a baby on the way and figured this would be helpful with bottles and such. Works great for smoothie cups for me! Only thing I wish it had was a bit of a down turn at the ledge. A little bit of water sits there even with the slight slant from the rubber piece underneath. Still a great buy!! The price point is where I would expect any of these to be. Sure you could find cheaper, but all the parts are quality and it looks great. There's also far more expensive ones out there that I can't imagine doing a better job.
