To be honest, one of the main reasons why I decided to keep the suitcase is because of my interaction with the store owner. Review: Perfect for 4 year old child - The larger suitcase gets 5 stars. It holds a lot of clothes, it has a zippered section to hold smaller items. It is easy to carry for a 4 year old. The back pack I would only give 3 stars. Our child says it hurts his back. I think he can feel the hard outer shell pressing into his lower back. Both bags arrived slightly scratched. It is not noticable from a few inches away. We have used the bags twice now and there are no additional scratches.
