First of all, I did not have any type of bariatric surgery to use this. I use it to portion control and watch my sugar, proteins, carbs, calories, fat, etc. I had tried some of the oatmeal‘s of this brand and thought I would try the harder cereal and oh my gosh I love this stuff! It’s got a light light honey flavor, nothing overpowering, and I just add a little bit of banana and blueberry, and it keeps me satisfied for such a long time due to the high level of protein in it. This is hands-down, my favorite breakfast quick cereal, and I even take it with me when I travel. 100% recommend this!!

Very similar in flavor and texture to the real Honey Nut but much healthier option. Great diet or health conscious product for anyone trying to reduce carbs but loves cereal.

I really like the calorie count on this product! As I am watching my weight! It’s a good alternative to snacks and healthy with protein! My only complaint is they are a little bit crunchy and need a little bit more flavor! But I definitely enjoy them with some milk or just to eat on the go!
