Bought this on prime day. Got a good deal now I'm hooked on it. Works really good on dark spots.

But, it is stinky. I love how it fells, but the smell of it is terrible for me.

I struggle with hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone, so I'm always on the lookout of products that help fade the patchiness. I love that this serum is natural and the ingredients are ethically sourced with an emphasis on protecting our planet. There are lots of good ingredients (I especially love the addition of hyaluronic acid) but I don't see any of the common skin lightening ingredients I normally use. Still, I wanted to give this a try.So far, I don't know of there is much of a difference in my discoloration, but I know from experience that it can take a long time to see a change. While I wait to see if anyrhing changes, I am enjoying this serum. It feels great on the skin, absorbs fully, and doesn't leave a sticky residue. I have no irritation and my skin looks plump and hydrated.Hoping to notice a difference soon. I will update if I see any changes.

This stuff is thick enough that I find it tedious to get the dropper to pick it up from inside the bottle. I end up using what is stuck to the outside of the dropper because there is not much in the dropper. It leaves my face very sticky and does not quickly dry . It does lose its stickiness when I apply a moisturizer.It is supposed to reduce dark spots, without having to stay out of the sun. And it should even out the tone of the skin. All I see is it causing my skin tone to be redder, and it does nothing for dark spots.

I like several things about this serum.... It has almost no fragrance. It is thick - so doesn't run off my finger before I can apply it to my face. It has an easy-to-use dropper. A little goes a long way. It doesn't feel sticky like some serums can. And I didn't break out at all using it. I've only been using it about a week so it's hard to speak to results. But the ingredients are there for this to even out my skin tone and reduce my dark spots. And I like that it's made in the USA so has regulatory agencies looking over the contents. I also am a bit confused about the Q&A and some reviews on this product as they mention bakuchiol, and there is none of that in this product.

I had hyperpigmentation issues that using hyaluronic acid corrected, and this serum is effective at keeping my skin's colorations balanced and the splotchiness away.The serum is very gentle on my skin and does bnot cause irritations, it has a mild, neutral scent that's barely detectable, and it absorbs into my skin quickly without leaving a sticky or unpleasant residue.The ingredients of this serum are natural, and I found none that I prefer to avoid on the list.The dropper works well every time, and gives plenty for use with this easy to spread serum.This serum leaves my face feeling plumped and moisturized, and has worked well with my other skincare products without issue. At first, I didn't love this serum booster because it felt a little sticky on my skin. But, I learned that I needed to use a bit less and give it longer to absorb than my usual products. I'm not using the rest of the Thrive line, but I followed it with a moisturizer or moisturizer and sunscreen, which apply smoothly over it. I've been using it on my normal but "mature" skin for a week now, and I have noticed it makes my face look a little brighter. I like that it targets the spots without using ingredients that will lighten my skin tone. I also appreciate that it is fragrance and alcohol free and that the brand is eco-friendly.This seems to work on its own, but it might work better with Thrive Recovery Serum which it was designed to be used with. I recommend it if you have sensitive skin or are looking for a plant-based product.

The serum is very thick and it's hard to use along with the dropper. I find that this would be best for someone with oily skin. If you have dry skin, this serum will not be very hydrating and you will need to use a face oil after the serum. It is gentle on sensitive skin and I didn't have any reactions after using it. I like that it has clean ingredients and that it's plant based.
