For all my fellow chefs or home cooks who are looking for plating design or chocolate work, these are probably the best in the industry. I used to use these when I worked in fine dining, used it for honeycomb crackers, chocolate, tiles, literally anything that will harden, it works!

Molds work well! Only problem I have is that I ordered two sets so that I would have two of each mold, but as you see in the picture, I have 3 of a certain mold and one of another. I'd rate it 5 stars otherwise.

I love these molds. I used them to make tuiles for a fall-themed chefs table. They held up well in the oven and the designs are not too difficult to remove without breakage. They cleaned up very easily and the size was perfect for what I was looking for. The tuiles came out delicate and complex which was a hit with guests. I can gladly recommend buying these molds to anyone.

I used their recipe, cooking time 1 min in the microwave, and it turned out perfect! I added food coloring in the recipe, to get these beautiful shades :) After they come out of the microwave you have a few seconds to shape them, be fast because they will get crisp very fast :)

I love to cook and do plating of dishes when having guests over. These silicone molds make it easy for doing all types, and colors, of French tuilles.
