A good e-cycle at budget price.🤗 ......................... Ok, so where do I start......I got this ecycle for 22K and its been 5 months now . The packaging was good and setup manual were shared to unwrap it. The cycle's build quality/Chassis is excellent. And it is covered with lifetime warranty. They will share with you warranty details for each components, and I like that(shows lot more clarity). Yellow color shade gives it a premium look. I have observed people approaching my father and enquirying about the ecycle. Even he has chucked away his vehicle and instead using this ecycle. I am impressed with the motor, it is quite powerful. I easily visit nearby areas and market, I must say i am using this cycle more often and taking bike only occasionally. There are sufficient terminals(connecting wires) available for adding any accessories later on, like headlight etc. Battery charging time is also good and similary the backup. I once used this cycle for commuting 14 kms and still it was left with sufficient backup. The fun part is once I reach my friends house (10 kms away) I detach the battery and charge it from their house. His father is so much impressed that he is asking my friend to get this ecycle instead of wasting money on petrol and troubling him for money, my friend doesn't like that😁.I am proud of buying an electric cycle, which is made in India. This is a testament to Indian product quality and the change it brings to a common man's life. Good Job emotorad!!

[ wanted to rate much higher but rated 1* to get this noticed] My review Milage:5* Built quality:3*[ wanted to give 5* but a wire ruined it all, read ahead you will get it why i rated it 3*] Accesories: 4* [ comes with all tools required to fix and assemble but no mudguard , or light or horn] After sale service. Warranty registration: 5* (instantly on web portal) Call support: 2* ( had to call over 7-8 times where they forward my call and and put on a waiting list, and finally got it picked after 5 hours of trying, but yeh they atleast called back next day) On ground support: 1* ( ripping off customers) {Here's full story: As a cycle does not comes with light and horn I had to buy it separately from Amazon, (I bought E motorad's original x1 light and horn so that I can use it with my cycle given plugin points) After initial testing suddenly the horn and light stopped working, after checking I found out that the wire ment for controller inside the frame got detached(video attached) For this issue I contacted the support, and as they were too slow for me (as i ride at Highway regularly and often i come bit late at night i needed a urgent solution), I went to the service centre closest to me ("UP cycle" in Kolkata the official e motarad vendor here), they charged me rs450 to judt plug back the wire,(and apparently the wire given is small so they put controller and horn soo far away that even me who has more than 17 cm of handspan, find it hard to reach,(pic attached) My main issue is when it is not my fault, and it is a manufacturer error, why am I charged for it. And why is it that when they know that it have a short wire, they are not replacing it and rather fixing the horn light controller at uncomfortable position. This is completely unethical. They do not provide you light and horn, just give you point to attached them, where apparently only their light and controller can be used so you would be forced to buy it anyway something like apple's charger. Then on top of it they are charging extra for a fault that is not from the customer's end. I have no issue in paying for services but I absolutely hate it when I am charged unethically. The service centre is approximately 55 km away from my home I had to book a separate vehicles to reach there with my cycle which costed me 500. So it's not a issue of money, rather its their ethics.

There has been 6 months of research for a electric bicycle after which I then ordered the red color Emotorad X1. I got this product way before my expected date of delivery. It was a breeze to assemble the electric cycle. I was able to do the Assembling myself with the help of Youtube and necessary tools provided by Emotrad. After using my Red X1 Emotorad cycle for more than 2 Weeks I would say that the Emotorad X1 red electric cycle offers a seamless blend of style and performance, providing a smooth and efficient riding experience. The powerful motor and long-lasting battery ensure reliable transportation, while the sleek and modern design turns heads wherever you go. One of the standout features is the exceptional build quality, with a sturdy frame and high-quality components that instill a sense of confidence and durability. ​The product is excellent, and appeals to riders looking for aesthetics. The Cycle is Light weight, easy to ride even without battery assist. Both Disk Breaks are pretty good. The Battery is easily detachable and very convenient to charge, it charges 0 to 100% in almost 3 to 4 hours. It feels fantastic while riding. Overall the Bicycle is Good and stylish. Whether commuting or exploring the city, the Emotorad X1 red electric cycle is a reliable and enjoyable companion. Highly recommended for urban mobility.

It's really a fantastic e-bicycle, I have been using this product from 2months regularly commuting with distance of 30+km. Total travel distance till date is approx 500km+ Battery backup and performance is very good. On pedal assist mode I got around 35-40km range( rider weigth approx 92kg) . Again it depends on terrain and rider weight. My riding terrain is mix of up and down gradients as Dharwad is a Hill station. I didnt tried on exclusively throttle mode, so i cannot tell the range. The automatic thrust is very powerful and makes your ride super comfortable. I very much appreciate the aftersales customer support of emotorad. They really treat customers very well and give excellent support. They only followup on customer grievances if any and make sure it is resolved. One thing I want to suggest to emotorad is that there is no security for rider seat as it can be easily removed with just one clutch pull. Kindly make some screw fitting type fixture so that seat cannot be removed easily. I honestly recommend this budget friendly e bike for those who are looking for a sustainable cause and fantastic experience. - Thank you amazon and emotorad for this product.
