Coleman Tent Octagon, 6 Man Festival Dome Tent, 6 Person Family Camping Tent with 360° Panoramic View, Stable Steel Pole Construction, Sewn-in Groundsheet, 100 Percent Waterproof

I bought this for a little festival as I like to stand up in a tent. It's pretty huge for one person! The frame and frame holders seem to be robust and with 8 supports should handle wind nicely. Having 2 doors and all the windows was great in the heatwave as it's possible to get a through draft. The tent is sturdy, a bit of a challenge to put the flysheet on single handedly (luckily I had the help of two people who owned the same model). With it's sturdiness comes weight- you wouldn't want to lug it far, though the bag has wheels to aid moving it- they were fine in dry weather, not sure they'd cope with mud! In all a good value, comfortable and capacious tent.

This tent is amazing and just what I needed for my 3 children (ranging from 14 to 9, boys and girls) and me. I’m not a camper, and just wanted something we could all fit in comfortably without all being squished together for in the garden, it’s huge! It was pretty easy to put up, my 14 year old and me done it leisurely in just under two hours (having never put one up in our lives), the poles were all colour coded and instructions attached to the bag, which was slightly annoying at times, but then at least we won’t loose them! The tent is sturdy and has been up for a week now with mixed weather including rain, windy at times and sun. I have experienced no leaks. The children love it and have had various friends sleep over in it. I have had a double mattress and two single mattresses in there at once plus the dog bed and a tele, and there’s still space! It can get chillier in the evening when we were settling in and eating snacks and watching a movie, so we had a little heater on for a very short period of time to bring the temperature up a little bit which really helped, and then we had feather duvets so were fine during the night. Then it was very hot in the mornings with the sun on the tent, but I presume that’s the same with any tent. Luckily this tent opens right up making it lovely and airy when hot. I love this design, it looks amazing and you get that 360 view. We loved the stable door and chose to use that as our main door as you can see through the top part (and open it up if required). We would have liked the same on the other door, and would have used that as our main door if so, as it has the pull open/closed feature which would have been easier when going in and out all the time, but we really wanted to see out the door which was facing the house (just personal preference). We haven’t took it down yet so unsure how easy that will be, but all in all really impressed and for an amazing price in the sale. Love it!

This is the best tent I have ever had. I can fit a full double mattress in it with a single and an xbox with a tv. And there is still room to walk around. But there is one negative, it gets cold at night, if you have a few blanket you can get comfy and watch tv. This is my fourth time putting up this tent, still in perfect condition, no weathering on it at all and it just looks nice inside and out. The outside looks big, but the inside is more impressive. I got this tent for my birthday and it was the best decision yet, no regrets. Perfect for summer nights. I slept in it with my friend and it was so comfy because he brought a heater.

Used from end of April to beginning September. Fairly easy to erect by three women and a bottle of Prosecco! One occupant used this 6-8 man tent for the entire summer in the garden. Very spacious, used two pallets to make a bed base and Japanese double futon mattress. Upgraded the beach rug to a plush rug for extra comfort, put fairy lights up. Floor standard waterproof sheet, stitched to tent so no holes for insects. Net window panels on all interior walls for extra ventilation. Front and back door. Dividing sheet, simple, not used in the end. Fly sheet went nearly to ground, waterproof. My adult son had some condensation on his moustache over April/May and September months. He had lots of covers and reported to be very cozy! June/July/August are when this tent is at its best and I would suggest only a 1 season tent. The tent did not change over the course of its use. On disassembly I noticed the fabric had become weak from the sun and ripped easily, so cannot be used again. But for £180, and 5 months use, it’s got be the cheapest accommodation ever!!! Would buy again, but only use in summer months.

Huge tent. Looks great. Top quality. Took me and my partner about 15 minutes to get the inner tent up. All colour coded, everything just clicks in and it's so easy. Use the couple of guide ropes to pull the outer tent up and over the inside. Easiest and best quality tent i've ever used. Tons of room and headroom. Open the zips up for a fantastic panoramic view. Carry bag is on wheels, got it back in no problem. Perfect.!!!

Edited, added a star. Well what can I say. This tent is awesome, it's so freaking big which is awesome for hanging out in and not having to bend while inside. It's big enough to put a day bed, two armchairs a small sofa and a coffee table, with room to walk around. One person could easily live in it during the summer. The only downfall there is, is that the built in ground sheet is easily damaged, it could do with being thicker. Id advise getting a big rug or blanket to put over it to save it being torn. Edit- this tent has been up for at least 5 months now, it's survived heavy rainfall, high winds including a big storm where it was shaken and pulled in all directions, it's survived snow and extreme heat. Not once has this tent ripped or been damaged throughout it's time being up. (Apart from issue with built in ground sheet) We got this when it was about half price at £167, but honestly I'd pay full price for this, it's worth it.

Has this our for the first time and it was great!! Easy to assemble which we were pleased about. But when we came to use it again we noticed the carry case had a crack in the plastic bottom so water has gotten into the tent which caused damp! And the plastic window sheet was starting to come off!

I bought this one for my camping with my family (2 adults and 2 school kids). We've slept 5 nights in two different grounds (desert, grass) and this is a masterpiece. Pros: Lots of space. 4 people can sleep their throughing all their stuff unorganized on the floor and still have plenty of space. 6 people will do this easily as well. 8 people can be challenging, but achievable. Easy assembling (10 minutes). Poles are well marked in colours so even if you have two left hands like I do you'll find it easy to assemble. You can actually assemble this tent by your own, buy an extra person is always 2 additional hands. Great door system which enables you to enter and exit as many times as you wish (like my boy does) smoothly. Trolly. You won't have to carry this (heavy) tent but you can use its trolly wheels and it is great. Sleep with no cover: being in a war, desert night environment, we preferred not to add the cover so a slight wind could easily enter the tent making it a tent and not a sauna. Cons: It is extremely difficult to put it all in back in the case. Pegs were impossible to use in the desert ground. I know that the problem is the ground, but the Manufacturer should be aware of this. All in all, my expectations are that this product will last 10 years and this is definitely met my high expectations.

Namiot duży. Łatwy do rozbicia. Niestety ma kilka istotnych wad: Zamki w drzwiach zacinają się podczas otwierania i zamykania. Namiot jest przewiewny nawet wtedy gdy tego nie chcemy. Jak jest duży wiatr to przez te moskitiery wlatuje do środka i jest bardzo zimno. Przydałaby się możliwość zasłonięcia części moskitierowej jednolitym wiatrodpornym materiałem. Choćby po obu bokach od drzwi.

köpte tältet för en månad sedan. provat den i båda regn och storm. campade i södra tysklan, första natten hade vi riktigt skyfall och blåsväder. vi hann inte spika fast tältet men till min förvåning var det helt stadigt och inte en droppe vatten in i tältet. Jag blev riktigt imponerad. den är ingen (fyra årstidtält), avsedd till värma sommardagar och nätter över lägst 15 grader. Ska man tälta i kallare väder måste ta med värma kläder, sovsäck och filtar. Som allt annat idag, materialet är i tunnaste laget och ska handskas med lite försiktighet.
