It's almost exactly what I was wanting.
Bought a different Delta when we bought the house. Thought it was supoib. It was ok, but the way it was designed, it made the shower head too low, so you had to aim further out and it just wasn't great and it felt way too expensive for itself and overall, I think I hate it. Anyways, I went about looking for a showerhead like this and I found this and I like it. The only thing that isn't exactly what I want is that because of how the pipe angles down and then this angles down, it's good, but not perfect and it's the best I'm going to do and for the price, I'm just going to complain that much. Has good power on the various settings and has enough settings for what I would hope is most people. Come on people, you don't need 18 different spray types. It's got, 5, something like that. I don't know. All the settings do the thing. Easy to install. The only warning I will give for that is don't use pliers when installing this kind of stuff. It's plastic. If you have a spare belt around, wrap it around a few times and turn it that way to tighten it. Use some teflon tape. You can install it, I believe in you. Hose is a solid length. Probably almost the perfect length. Now for what I think sells this bad boy. Set this thing on the lowest spray setting. It's the "off" spray level. There's a button on the back of the showerhead. You now have a great fan spray of water coming out the top of the shower head. I didn't even know I would want this, but I think it's just a great addition for a shower head.

Just right
I like this shower head a lot. I went through four different ones before I got this one and am finally happy. Pressure is perfect, not too strong and not low.

I love this for several reasons
The extra hose length is fantastic. It makes all the difference in the world as far as reach goes. I like that it has a low flow easy to do setting so I can reduce the flow while I am soaping down. My wife loves that it has the ability to push a button and get a strong stream for rinsing the tub and shower walls. It seems really sturdy. I've dropped it several times and seems none the worse.

Spray button don’t lock
It’s a great shower head with all the main spray patterns and none of the ones nobody uses. The hose is 6’ long which is nice but could be 1’ + longer to be perfect. Does have one major flaw, and that is that you can’t lock the spray button. You have to hold it down the whole time you’re using it which means spraying my undercarriage is a pain. I have another unit almost identical from another maker and the button locks down and I like that so much better that I actually took off a full star for it. If it lockdown, I would’ve given the unit 5.

Forceful Flow
I love this showerhead! Full Discloure....before I installed the shower head I removed the "low flow" restrictor valve. I do this with all my showerheads, it greatly increases the force of the flow. This one was a little harder to remove than other showerheads I've had in the past, but was worth the effort. There are plenty of youtube videos that show you how to do this. That being said, I can't speak to the force of the flow with the restrictor in place, but with it being removed the force is awesome. I had ordered one a little over a year ago and loved it so much, I immediately order one to replace the fairly new showerhead in my second bathroom. I only had to replace it recently because it was damaged by being repeatedly dropped against the shower wall. All in all this one of the best showerheads I've had in years. I highly recommend it.

Hit or miss, unlike the Delta I remember
I have been a loyal Delta customer for years. They have traditionally made great quality products and have had excellent warranty and customer service. One year ago, I bought two of these shower heads for separate baths in the same house. They worked quite well, with good water pressure, easy-to-clean spray holes, and several useful settings to choose from. A few weeks ago, the water pressure of one of them dropped. I swapped between baths and confirmed that the shower head was indeed the problem. Its built-in filter is not clogged and mineral deposits are not the problem since the other shower head still works fine. That is when I found out that Delta no longer provides support over email, meaning I have to make time to call them during working hours. Makes me question the build quality and warranty and customer service that have kept me loyoal for so long. The other shower head still works fine, hence the three stars.

Great Water Flow; Longer Hose
**** GENERAL **** I needed a hand shower with a 72 inch hose to replace a Delta unit that has been in use for a little over five years. I decided to get another Delta because I knew the handle would fit in my optional grab bar mount (photo 3). Most models have a 60 inch hose. This Delta 75740 model's 72 inch hose reaches the grab bar mount and still allows plenty of movement of the hose while in use. Of the six spray options the full Spray and Shampoo Rinse are a must have for my household use. The wide Proclean Spray is a great option where I discovered it works well to rinse soap and shampoo off the shower walls to help reduce the build up of soap scum, Overall I am satisfied with the water flow rate. Some reviewers stated the water spray hit their back wall. I have a relatively small walk-in shower. I was able to adjust the mount where the water did not reach the back wall. If I did not make this adjustment after installation the water would have hit my back wall. **** DELTA MODELS **** While shopping for my replacement hand shower I checked Amazon and two big box stores. Amazon has the best price deal at $36.03 for the chrome finish as of the date of this review. There are three distinct Delta related model numbers. 75740 for Amazon. The other two model numbers are 75720 and 75719 which are sold “exclusively” at each big box store. I downloaded the specification sheets from Delta for all three models. All functions are the same such as the six spray options, Proclean Spray, water flow rates, etc. The only difference is each model has a different cosmetic appearance of the spray holes on the face of the shower head portion. **** INSTALLATION **** The installation is straight forward where the average DIYer can do it. As stated in the instructions HAND TIGHTEN all parts and use plumbers tape on the shower arm threads, This worked well for me. There were no leaks and the spray options functioned as designed. Tip: after installation the head mount attached to the shower was sort of stiff when making adjustments and loosened sufficiently after I moved the mount a few times. Since this unit is mostly all plastic I suggest using two hands to make initial adjustments to minimize the chance of breaking the mount. Place one hand on the part attached to the shower arn (photo 2). While holding firmly use the other hand to move the mount to different positions. After doing this I was able to easily make adjustments. **** WATER FLOW RATE **** The flow rate of my hand shower is almost more than enough to get the job done. Delta rates the water flow rate at 1.75 GPM (gallons per minute). My local plumbing codes allow a maximum of 1.8 GPM. The difference is about 6-1/2 ounces which in real world use makes no difference. What is not mentioned in the product information section of the Amazon page versus the Delta spec sheet is the the 1.75 GPM rating is at water pressure of 80 PSI. My water pressure is set at about 55 PSI (photo 4) so I am getting less than 1.75 GPM, but the water flow rate is very good.

Solid Shower Head Upgrade – Easy Install & Great Pressure
I picked up the Delta ProClean handheld shower head recently, and it impressed me right away. Installation took less than five minutes with no tools, and it sealed up perfectly with no leaks. That kind of hassle-free setup is a win on its own. The water pressure is strong, and the wide spray pattern feels great. The ProClean spray isn’t just a gimmick—it really does make rinsing off soap easier and even helps blast down the shower walls, which saves me time on cleanup. There are six spray settings, but I mainly switch between the full spray and the ProClean mode. The pause function is also handy when I want to save water while soaping up or rinsing the dog. While it’s plastic, the build feels sturdy, and the brushed finish does a nice job hiding water spots and fingerprints. It still looks clean even after daily use. Overall, it’s easy to install, delivers strong performance, and gives you useful options without being overcomplicated. A solid buy if you want a practical, no-fuss upgrade to your shower.

Look no further
I had bought another "high pressure" showerhead from Amazon to replace my broken one, which is with tens of thousands of race reviews. That other one turned out to be leaking from the connector. The biggest issue is that it puts out too much pressure that all my floor is wet especially with the kids. Also when I found the actual water output was way more than marketed. I did tons of research and ended up taking a chance on this one. This one puts out very good pressure but not excessive. It actually works very well, with different settings and even one for cleaning. The water output of 1.75 GPM matches the description. No misleading label. Yay! The output actually feels very strong and we enjoy our showers a lot!

Plastic adapter but works good
Very impressed, seemed to make my pressure better (likely from old one being clogged) just didn’t like it used a plastic adapter

Power wash setting is a life changer
Literally the best thing for washing any household items - I use it for washing nasty salty shoe tray & car matts in the winter, window mesh, etc. It doesn't look too fancy, but works well for its price.

Sturdy, high-quality shower head with easy installation
This shower head is much bigger than the usual size I’m used to. I normally buy Moen, and they were great, but after accidentally breaking the plastic fixture, I decided to replace the whole shower head. I’m really glad I chose this Delta one — it has metal parts everywhere, so there’s no worrying about anything snapping or breaking. Installation was super easy, and the overall quality feels very high. It looks and feels premium. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the larger head size, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, a great upgrade!
