FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!
I ordered a small and medium on Wednesday night and it arrived this morning (Friday). The small fits me 36" hip. This product is amazing!! Been wearing it now 30 mins and instantly it gave me pain relief and I felt like I could walk a bit better. It is very sturdy and comftable and hasn't moved or slipped unlike all the other back belts I have tried, (cheap and expensive) I'll briefly explain my condition and hope this helps someone else out there that's in a desperate state with their spine. I have a failed l4/5 fusion and sacrialic joint dysfunction and have to have 360 revision surgery in 4 months but because I have spent 99% of the last year laid up I have to have PT first. I have a back brace for support but the SI JOINT is causing me unbearable pain were I struggle to walk across the room, the back brace alone wasn't enough support, over the moon I found this product. Keeping the medium for my husband as he sometimes complains of niggles.

Just what the doctor ordered.
I already have a support belt but it is very large and can be uncomfortable. BUT this lower back support pelvic support belt is perfect/excellent. Supports my back at the exact spot needed, comfortable to wear going out or at home, very easy to use and WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Slips out of position too easily
It's kind of hilarious how this brand has tried to copy the Serola belt (gold standard of SI belts) and have got so close, but failed on the most important thing. The whole point of an SI belt is that it's supposed to be positioned about halfway up your buttocks, where your body is quite tapered. This means that the belt MUST have anti-slip features to stop it from riding up and moving out of position as you move and sit down. But whoever designed this belt, thought it would be a better idea to make the interior surface made of a soft fabric - which doesn't grip at all - just so they could impregnate it with aloe Vera...honestly unreal logic there. By sacrificing the grip on the inside, it ruins the entire purpose of the belt - which is to lock your SI in position to aid healing. Apart from that, the quality of the belt was okay, as everything else was copied from a Serola belt. However, the Serola belt uses a urethane foam for the inside surface and it sticks really well. Basically, just bite the bullet and get a Serola belt like I did. For some reason other, cheaper competitors just can't match how well it functions.

excellent
had recently been suffering from a strained sacroiliac muscle/joint which has led to me being off work for three weeks , I work as a dustman lifting recycling tubs etc which is quite often very strenuous . I tried this belt out of desperation really after another sleepless night from the muscle strain and after a very fast delivery and having worn the belt for about three hours on the first day and a further four hours on the second day to say I was impressed is an under statement . almost immediately the pain is relieved the belt is fully adjustable and comfortable to wear for long periods I am back at work now and work 9 hr shifts one of which was with the belt on , apart from a couple of re adjustments through the day the belt remained comfortable and really did the job . I would highly recommend both the belt and the seller.

My spinal surgeon advised me to try this sacroiliac belt.
This helps my back and hips a little bit when I am walking but I can't keep it on when I sit down because I get cramp in my back. My spinal surgeon advised me to try this belt.

Helped with pulled back
I pulled my back and visited an osteopath to help put it right. This belt gave some comforting support. My back has recovered but I still wear this when digging and lifting in the garden (where I sustained my injury) to help prevent doing it again. Can be pulled to a tight fit. I can’t remember if there were sizes but I wear a 30” waist in trousers and would have ordered the smallest. So you’ve got to be pretty skinny for this not to support you.

I have a office job and spend a lot of time sitting in one position which can become extremely painful at times
Very quick delivery. I use the belt for my unstable pelvis which I have suffered with for over 10 years now. I have a office job and spend a lot of time sitting in one position which can become extremely painful at times. I tried the belt as soon as it came it provided relief almost immediately which was wonderful. I need to position the belt across the hip and pelvic area so is not near my waist which is a size 10, I have to agree with the other people the small is a small more like a small uk size 8, it does only just fit, but a medium would have been possibly a better fit for me. Hope this review is helpful for you.

Life changing relief for L5-S1 issues
This is as much a review about sacroiliac belts in general as it is this particular incarnation. I’ve been suffering with issues related to a slipped, ruptured and degenerated L5-S1 disc for years. I’ve tried several belts even resorting to trying to to work but in a weights belt but none seemed to alleviate the problem for me. This belt sits around the pelvis so I could really comprehend how it would help given that it’s compressing the pelvis and not the very lowest area of spine I’ve struggled with itself. During a bad spell I tried this out of desperation and I can’t tell you what a relief it’s been. Sciatica that wasn’t shifting cleared up and I can do things that had I had worried I’d never be able to do again. If you have lower back pain and you need to be active or you sit at a desk or drive a lot for work then you need to get one of these wrapped around your pelvis. Combine this with the McGill big 3 exercises (google) and you might just have more of a life than you thought your back would allow
