My bed is against the wall, so I just propped the massager up on the wall sideways and then laid down on my side next to it and barely pressed my back into it. That feels a lot better than sitting against it since my back wasn’t pressing as hard against it as it would be if I laid on top of it or sat against it sitting up. This massager also doesn’t have a vibration feature which I wish it had.
