The product is nice

Lovely luggage bag for kids. However the seller is useless. I baught this thinking it had handles at the back (my bad for not looking though photos properly) but when I wanned to return it I have to pay return fee which I never did using Amazon prime for years. The seller got 2 request from amazon team to provide me with free return label but he ignores my messeges and the teams. Would never buy from him again.
